I ordered a Salix finite pod bat. I got the bat within 2 days and in good packing. The bat was as per my expectation except for a minor dent on the back which I don't think will affect its performance. I am satisfied with the performance so far.

Shopping experience with VKS was straightforward and I was kept informed of progress with my order by both email and text very effificiently. However, I was informed my delivery would arrive on Wednesday, when I knew I would be out so I elected to have it delivered to a neighbour. I then received a further email and text the following day (Thursday) saying the delivery would be made that day. It duly was, however it was delivered to No.10 which I thought was odd as I live at No.25, until I collected the package and saw it was addressed to No.12, despite my details being correct in my order form.
