A Very professional company in my opinion had a slight issue with one of the items so got in touch and they responded immediately and sent out a replacement the same day and arrived a couple of days later.

Slight problem with a wall light purchased. I spoke to such a lovely lady today called Lisa who couldn't do enough for me in resolving the issue! She was amazing and called me back to tell me it was all sorted. The communication was second to none and I felt really looked after. Nothing was to much. Such a lovely small family business! And who knew they even do fire places and rugs! I found this out after having such a great conversation with Lisa! I will 100% be back for more!
