Sadly the courier service failed to provide an adequate service.
The item I bought is excellent, discountlighting after sales service were excellent,

Lovely company, I found them on Google search. Could not believe the great price I paid for 2 wonderful 4 tier waterfall pendant shades for my staircase. Excellent communication that links to the courier company that delivers. Items well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Was always wary of using untried companies but was not let down in any way. Thank you.

Beautiful lamps. Highly recommend. I’ve now purchased 2 mosaic lamps from them - one lamp in white and one egg in bronze. I love them both. Good quality. When it catches sunlight some beautiful reflections across the room

one of the light fittings was damaged in transit. They were very helpful and ordered another one for me from the manufacturer. The new fitting is perfect . The two light fittings were a present for a friend who had just bought her first home . She is thrilled with them.
