Getting the plan was a bit of hassle. I called because I had an old plan that was canceled and I was trying to revive it. They said they needed to transfer me to a different dept., then they said they need to transfer me again to sales. So it is one of those things where you have to get to the correct department and that can be tedious. Other than that, it should be a useful plan for when it becomes active!

I purchased the Careington 500 series in 2016 and have paid 17.95 a month since then. Never used it. Now I'm trying to use it and I make appt and before I can get to the appt the Dentist office calls and says they do not take it. The list of Dentist online I've called so far so they do not take it. I would like to get help finding a Dentist in my area that will take it. Maybe then I can give a better review.

We appreciate the fact that when we called the number to ask a question, because we were online looking, that someone answered the phone and took the time to speak to us and explain the process! They were offering a $25.00 Amazon gift card and Adreano made sure we got that when he signed us up for the plan for me and my husband! Adreano was helpful and kind, pleasure to work with!

I had a couple questions, but none of the phone numbers listed on the site worked. Also, I entered the code to receive a $25 Amazon gift card, but in the end it said the code was for .01 off the annual enrollment. I am very familiar with Careington and I know how great they are, I was just a little disappointed with the website.
