Great plan, excited to use it over insurance but it has been 5 days since I have signed up and still do not have the membership kit email, after it told me 2-3 days.

"Charged even though I cancelled"

We had the dental policy for a year and did not find it saved us any money. I canceled the policy via an email address they sent me in a mailing. They charged me anyway and I have a copy of the email and date it was sent. I requested a refund and they would not do it. I suspect they will try to charge me again next year. Bad business.

I still don't have a plan! I paid the $12.95 thinking that I would get vision discount, but since I chose the wrong plan I called and Spoke with (in order):

Megan was the one who kind of helped me by saying that my plan was going to be switched to the $14.95 - my credit card would be charged $2 for this month (between the 5th and 10th), and subsequently $14.95 starting in September...
That call lasted one hour, by the way.
Then, as of today I still have not received my "kit" or anything else in my email other than this survey. So, there you have it.
Do something about this.

Signing up for the discount coverage was simple! The discount was very generous which helps on a tight budget. I’m very happy with the plan.

I was suppose to get my membership kit email or whatever. Never received one , only email I have received was the confirmed payment and this email to review my experience.
