Ho acquistato su Desenio forse un paio di mesi fa e sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta dell'esperienza. Da qualche settimana, però, non mi è possibile perfezionare un acquisto, perché il pagamento non viene elaborato. Mio marito ed io abbiamo provato diverse combinazioni: da cellulare, da laptop, da PC fisso, con Paypal, con carta di credito abilitata per acquisti online. Niente. Ho scritto all'azienda che mi ha risposto - in inglese - procurando una serie di istruzioni. Niente, ed intanto le promozioni si susseguivano. Ho mandato due screenshot del problema ed invitato a verificare anche da parte loro. Mi ha risposto una nuova Interlocutrice e di nuovo è arrivato l'elenco delle cose da farsi!!! Ho provato nuovamente oggi con una nuova, allettante proposta di sconto in essere. Niente da fare.

Order arrived a week later than indicated so I had to order another one from a different company to have it in time for an event. I tried to reach out to Desenio support but I just get automated AI replies. I've had to do a chargeback on my credit card.

The prints came super fast an safely pack, even though one of the frames was coming apart, a little bit of crazy glue fixed it. The prints are even better in person and I love that they give us ldead on how to do a wall art.
