Wasn’t told order “was lost” prior to me reaching out. Was given a refund on a print that is now out of stock so I can’t order, but now I’d have to pay additional for shipping for a replacement print.

Bare minimum you can do is give a discount % for new order to account for the additional $ id have to spend. Not to mention that I now have to sort someone to pick up the order as I will not be here when it arrives. Assuming it doesn’t “get lost” again.

spend hours looking at art on desenios webpage.they got my orders to me in 2 to 4 days and i was thrilled with the job they did.

My products were not delivered on time and no customer support. Extremely disappointed!

I like the prints, just expected better quality, paper came a bit wrinkled on some parts and its not shiny so It doesnt look that good and vibrant without a frame, which I didnt plan on using.. Bit cheap looking for the price tag it has.
