"Don't buy from these people"

Don't buy from these people. We bought a pagoda and awning through Costco about 5-6 years ago. The awning broke under the weight of the incorrect material they fitted it with. They admitted this and replaced the material with a lighter version and fitted it with a sensor to automatically close when there's severe wind. About a year later the arm of the awning broke, we reported this in September 2023, they didn't come to collect it until May 2024 and we only had it returned, still broken, last week. They seem totally uninterested in fixing it, keep coming out with nonsense and not even reading or looking at the grabs of the dialogue I've been having with them. A total sham of a company.

Awning not quite closing into metal capsule. A call out would have been expensive (Goss is in the north and we're in the south) so company offered a video call. Serkan diagnosed the problem and patiently talked us through using the remote to reset it. He also offered a weekend video call to talk our (tall) son through oiling the motor. Great customer service

Although my order for an awning took a while longer than I had originally thought, that suited me. However the delivery and installation took awhile to coordinate. I went for installation by the company and I'm very glad that I did as they did a very good job. The wind sensor seems to have stopped working so I need to contact the company about that but other than that it's great. So far so good

After a bit of delay in getting the Awning to me as live on Coast in Hastings the Guys turned up and must say it was worth the wait
It was installed with care and they asked if was happy with location and the guys cleaned up after them leaving the garden spotless which I would like to say many thanks

We ordered via Costco and despite a few months wait we are delighted with our 6m x 3.5m awning.
The quality is outstanding and gives us a more usable outdoor space in rainy wet Glasgow.

The 2 lads that installed it were first class and a credit to the company.
