Purchase as described and fitted appliance without problem. I wish Ukwhitegoods used a different courier than Hermes who I have found to show no regard for the security of their deliveries.

Website indicated item was in stock when I ordered, but turns out it wasn't. When I chased was told it was about to be dispatched, then two days later told they were still trying to source the part, so they been rather economical with the true status of my order. eventually delivered after triple the delivery tine and a week late which is not great when you need a fridge part (thermostat). in the end they did deliver the correct part as ordered so at least they did get things right in the end, just after quite a long delay.

I was trying to source a replacement bulb for my AEG oven. Thankfully found UK Whitegoods and had a very helpful online chat. Ordered recommended bulb, which arrived in a couple of days, and is now installed and working perfectly. Happy customer!
