Received fridge drawer which doesn’t fit my fridge, spent over £50. No response to my emails! Will report this company to trading standards! Please DO NOT USE them!!!

My washer dryer is quite old but UK White Goods came up with Genuine replacement parts. Brilliant.

" Zero updates. Poor communication. "

I ordered a replacement washing machine door which showed in stock on their website.
After chasing them 3 times (no updates from them about a delay), more than a month had passed and on my latest I was advised they can't obtain the part and have issued a refund.
I understand there are delays with suppliers, but UK White Goods could improve by being proactive with communication. Also, their phone number is never answered, so email appears to be the only channel of communication which is poor.
I'll now begin my order again from a different supplier having wasted a month with a non functional washing machine!

"I ordered a freezer flap on 28/02 which…"

I ordered a freezer flap on 28/02 which has never arrived to date. I contacted the “support” email to be told on 15/03 that it’s coming from France and they have no control over this and that’s just how this business is, quite arrogant really. They don’t give regular updates, it’s now 10/04 and still no item or update. I have requested a refund, so we’ll see how that pans out before trading standards are contacted. Very poor service indeed.

took nearly 4 weeks to come, on the website it said 7/10 days. had to email to get updated the company and ask for updated as they wont let you know otherwise.
however the product come and it was good so i cannot complaint about that

"Logic led light freezer "

Reading some of the negative reviews left,I think a lot is down to customers own fault ordering wrong parts.our logic led light fridge freezer went down and ordered off website.doublechecked that the part shown was compatible firstly for the fridge ,then double-checked that the part numbers matched(led light that went down--SW-BX02B-65X19.5X1.6mm-A02(B)).part ordered SW-BX02B-65X19.5X1.6mm-A03(B). guess what!!!. the light fitted and worked fine..thanks to UK white goods for sending out well packaged and protected.its not the companies fault if people don't completely double check they have ordered the part.One very happy customer here👍.also part arrived exactly in timeframe given.

"No goods received, no communication!"

Order #1000388462 placed on 7th February, suppose to arrive between 12th and 19th and no sign of delivery.
Engineer booked for 20th the only way to contact these people is via email... No communication, so might as well paid £73 for nothing...
Update: Got response to my enquiry email: item being only just despatched, it might take another 5 days, so nearly 3 weeks...

"If I could give a zero I would"

If I could give a zero I would. BUYER BEWARE. According to the returns policy, if you open and try to fit a part, you will not get a refund. The part I ordered had -01 on the end of the number. The one they sent did not have the -01 on the end of the number. It did not fit. When I emailed to say they had sent the wrong part, they replied saying it was the same part, even though the website clearly lists them as two different parts. I said it didn't fit my appliance, even though the part description said it was compatible. They said that manufacturers update their parts all of the time and it wasn't their fault it didn't fit. I was left with a £50 part that didn't fit. If you look at other negative reviews you will see their replies have a theme. It is the buyer's fault. I judge a company by their attitude and ability to solve an issue when it goes wrong. Hence a score of Zero! No doubt they will reply to this review by saying it wasn't their fault.

In response to your reply, at no time did Kenneth in his emails to me offer for me to return the part, which is why I raised a Paypal dispute. Paypal said they would uphold my claim, if I returned the part and gave them a tracking number for the return, however because your website states that items that have been opened will not be refunded, I did not trust that you would not try and wriggle out of giving me a refund. As your website also states that you will charge me postage to return the item to me if you do not refund it, I decided I would try and sell the part on ebay myself and at least get something back, which I have. As I predicted, you are trying to justify your awful customer service. I will let readers of the reviews make up their own minds.
