"Don't even bother!!"
Waited the 9 days for delivery and then chased up. Was told that there was a delay and that the item should be dispatched in the next few days. Someone should have got in touch to advise me of this. Waited another few days and was told the same. Chased up again a few days later and was told that there was an issue and that there was a delay with the manufacturer. That's fine, however, I should have been made aware of this from the beginning. They did not even bother dropping me an email or calling to let me know this was the case. It was all down to me chasing them. I didn't even get an apology when I asked for my money back. It would have been nearly a month for delivery on an estimated 3-9day delivery had i waited! Totally useless, awful customer service and general rudeness.

"Faultless in all honesty"
Ordered a door lock for my Smeg dishawasher on 28/12/23 and was delivered 8/1/24 which I think is pretty good going bearing in mind the time of year.
Genuine part which took minutes to fit and machine back up and running again.

Can I let you know what great service that I have received from Kenneth – via email this week - and David and Alastair – in the shop today, the Friday before Xmas.
I ordered the wrong elements – my fault - and when I went in this morning to see about getting the correct one, the guys in the shop could not have been more friendly or helpful.
Prior to that, Kenneth was great via email.
So Xmas here has been saved and I’ve been saved from a bollocking by my other half.
I’ve dealt with these guys for over a decade and tell everyone just what a fantastic service they deliver.

Can’t agree more with the last review
Requested information on a replacement shelf for a Liebher fridge and was led to believe that what they proposed that I order was the part required
At no time was it highlighted that they were suggesting purchase of the plastic part without the shelf and guard
In addition delivery took place over 10 days after the latest delivery date quoted on the order ….with no communication
Waste of time, energy, effort & money
As with the previous review, avoid at all costs and find a more helpful supplier who offers genuine customer support & service

I cannot express enough how utterly disappointed I am with the service from White Goods. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Initially, they assured me that the spare part I needed for my cooker was in stock, only to change their tune after I made the purchase. Suddenly, it was located in an "abroad stock," leading to an unexpected delay. Communication was sparse, and promises of a 5-working day delivery turned into a never-ending waiting game.
To add insult to injury, their excuses ranged from the part being en route with a delivery company to the shocking revelation that it arrived broken and needed reordering. Frankly, it all sounds like a series of fabricated stories designed to mask their inefficiencies.
The most infuriating part? They had no qualms taking my hard-earned money, leaving me with a malfunctioning cooker and a sense that my funds were more crucial to their cash flow than my satisfaction as a customer.
Save yourself the headache and seek a supplier that values honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. White Goods falls painfully short on all fronts.

I find it concerning that my order, initially promised between October 5, 2023, and October 13, 2023, has been significantly delayed without adequate explanation. Holding onto my funds for over a month without delivering the product is unacceptable. Selling products without a commitment to timely delivery is essentially utilising customers' funds to address internal business challenges and delaying delivery saying: "The part is on the way to us and should arrive with us anytime. Unfortunately it is with the courier and has to clear custom". That was in a week after order and almost a month before final excuse that you got broken part. I advise at least to arrange a better courier if you take your customer service seriously.

Having previously had reasonable experience with this company, this time I'm disappointed. My order was supposedly dispatched 2 weeks ago, but hasn't arrived, and UkWhitegoods are not answering the phone or email. I don't even know if they are still in business!

Ordered heating element for washing machine said would take 2 to 8 days, after 10 days no delivery tried phoning but keep getting answer phone so e mailed. Got reply later that day saying item had to be ordered and could take 4 to 7 weeks. Emailed back to cancel order, got reply straight back saying order cancelled money refunded. Six days later had to email again asking for refund which was sent back to PayPal straight away. Ordered part from different company and part arrived within 2 days. Your choice but I definitely could not recommend UK White goods.

Enquired regarding seals for my fridge freezer. Very quick response with links to the parts. Good communication with expected delivery time detailed in email. Delivery time was a couple of weeks. I guess not everything is in stock and has to be ordered in from EU. Items arrived on time. Items fit and work well. Thank you.

Sent my washing machine Model number by email to reqest new carbon brushes. Within 30mn I got an answer with the part number to order.
Part ordered on tuesday and received on saturday, so within the 1-7days promise.
