"Beware: very bad delivery service"
Beware:
Very slow delivery. Ordered a washing machine seal on 20/12/2020 and as of today 19/01/21 still not received item. I understand the postage situation given COVID. However, I have received items ordered (second class mail) well after I placed my order with ukwhitegoods and have received them. Email them and response being it shouldn’t be too much longer. Well, shouldn’t be too much longer in this case may mean I do not recieve item. Anyhow paid via PayPal guess I’ll take it up with them.

"Disappointment to Admiration"
Disappointed to receive the wrong part for my Neff oven, only to discover that I had ordered incorrectly. Very prompt response to my emails to resolve the issue and full refund received once I had returned the incorrect part. Impressed by the service and have now ordered what I hope is the right part.
Would have been 5 star but my pride makes me put part of the blame for my error on difficulty of finding the right part no.

"awful customer service"
I ordered a part on behalf of my dad. When he received it the part did not work so I contacted and contacted them for a refund time and time again and I have been totally ignored.
This is awful customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone and I certainly WILL NOT be using them EVER again.
How a someone can run a side business and treat their 'customers' like that is beyond me. I hope they don't give up their day jobs permanently to run proper company.

"Brilliant service, right part, well packed, timely delivery"
Ordered spare part for freezer basket just before new year. Received an out of stock notification and it would be delivered as soon as possible.
Tracked delivery of the right part was received 7th January. Prefect condition beautifully and carefully packed to prevent damage.
Sent by DPD - the best delivery firm.
Faultless & highly recommended.

"Ordered an spare part for the fridge on…"
Ordered a spare part for the fridge on 21 November 2020.
It arrived on 8th December 2020 - 2.5 weeks later! Item was damaged - had scratches.
Contacted customer services and was promised a replacement.
Replacement arrived today, 21 December 2020 - with a deep long scratch.
They made me wait 1 month to deliver faulty items! Shameless!
Would avoid using this unprofessional service that does not quality check the items prior to sending them!

Firstly. I don't write reviews. And the part I ordered would have been thrown in the box of spare switches and forgotten about.
However, UK whitegoods have sent me an email asking for a review. So here goes.
Website, ordering, delivery - Excellent

Customer service attitude - Poor
My reasoning behind this. Ordered a switch 'SW71' for a hoover which is listed as a compatible replacement for Hoover part : 28161143. Item came, packaged well, and in good time.
However it wasn't a suitable replacement as it didn't feature the two mounting holes in the front. The photos on the UK whitegoods website illustrates the two holes in the front. And that it is a suitable replacement for 28161143. I sent an email explaining and simply asking for advise on either return or replacement (as I do with many suppliers) as it is of no use to me.
All I received was an email back from D. Quinn. Saying that images and sizes are for illustration only. And that SW71 does not have the two holes. Not a mention of return or replacement.
As an electrical engineer, I find this quite a condescending reply. It's like ordering an ignition switch for a car, theres a picture of an ignition switch on the website, the part number matches, but when it arrives theres nowhere to put your key barrel.
Needless to say, I just dismissed the issue and ordered one from somewhere else.
I have no agenda or bad feelings against the company, they asked for a review, I'm giving my time and courtesy in writing one.
But to anyone looking to purchase replacement parts. Don't bother relying on the photos, illustrations or the compatible part numbers as they're pretty irrelevant.

"Unbiased, quick, professional advice"
Had an oven door hinge break and needed a replacement. Oven was 17 years old so not easy to sort. Contacted UK White Goods, who responded quickly with a request for photos of oven, and quickly identified the oven and recommended a suitable hinge. I ordered two as their price was easily the best in the market. Hinges came quickly and fitted perfectly. Outstanding service, friendly advice and help, and great prices.

Heat element was late for almost two weeks and when we contacted them thy did not tell us the truth. Thy try to say that delivery company we late but thy did not receive our parcel.

Well, my experience has been excellent, the part was correct, the delivery fine and free as I was in no hurry, happy to wait an extra couple of days. More importantly, the website enabled me to clearly/easily identify the correct part, unlike some other spares companies, it was a genuine manufacturer part but £10.00 cheaper! It was easy to fit and saved me over £75.00 in not having to call out an engineer to fix my Indesit oven that had failed after only 14 months use. My family were over the moon too because it meant a roast dinner was back on the menu! I would use this company again if necessary.
