"UK Whitegoods forum login not working."

I agree with the earlier review of the UK Whitegoods forum posted by Aaron c.

I have used the forum in the past but it is no longer working.

It appears that I can login but I just get the following message:-

I have tried changing the password twice but it makes no difference. The login process is faulty.

The response from UK Whitegoods "Well, it is working perfectly for scores if not hundreds of people per day so the problem is not the forums." is not at all helpful.

It may work for new users but I originally registered some time ago before the forum was updated. I am now unable to re-register under a different user name because my email address is already registered under the existing name.

Even though I can login and change my Password, I can't view or post in any of the forums. I cannot even delete my account so that I can register afresh.

I have tried sending a message to 'admin' as advised in the message on the error page but to no avail.

Sent the wrong part, then proceeded to whine and complain about Bosch, no hint of an apology or offer to resolve the situation. Fortunately I had used PayPal and had to use them to get a refund. Even then they made it as difficult as possible. Total nightmare from start to finish, avoid at all costs.

You admitted you sent the wrong part, you even changed the picture on your web site! Your reply is typical of how you treat customers. You Don’t deserve to be in business.

Needed to replace a LG fridge shelf. Confusing information from several sites but Kenneth of this company followed up with questions to LG. Although it took a second attempt to get the right shelf but he kept at it, response times between emails was good and the delivery of the shelf was quite fast at the end.

Worst forum ever i can't create a new post at all i can't even shut down my account i am raging with frustration.

I needed carbon brushes and was having a nightmare trying to find the right ones. "genuine" parts were forty quid each from other retailers but of course its just a packaging charge.
These guys pointed me at some vastly lower price genuine and suitable alternates. Fitted and works great.
Advice from Kenneth was super fast and they shipped next day. Saved a mint in call-outs to a repair guy.

"Won’t use again"

Waited ages for my drawer front; I’d ordered a drawer from another company which came within three days so thought it would have a similar time scale. Very disappointing. Poor quality plastic which shattered in the corner when I clipped it on. Not worth the bother of sending it back. Will use another company in future.

"Smeg pizza stone…"

We bought an expensive Smeg pizza stone (£127) in June last year and it cracked this April. I questioned warranty and got a completely useless answer. I contacted Smeg itself and they dont even seem recognize them as their supplier. Will not deal with this company again. Would not recommend. If you want the real stuff,go to the manufacturer itself. . I am sure the product would not be more expensive.

Recommended ( by them) Spare did arrive but didn't fit .No reply via emails for over a week and nobody on phones due to covid.
Update there representative contacted me and gave me information on how to fit the spare.. Dishwasher now works..Thanks..

"Shocking delivery times"

Shocking delivery times stated on ordering that it would be delivered 3-8 working days i have been waiting almost a month now for parts to be delivered

Unable to contact by phone as lines are closed so sent a email only to be informed they haven't got the part they sold me and still waiting for it to be dispatched to them
