"3 Week Delivery Times instead of 2 days ????"
Dont believe their claim of 2 - 7 days delivery times . I paid the additional postage premium of £7 instead of free shipping for this standard Beko drum belt, but I needed it fairly urgently and as they state 2 to 7 days and I thought that the average time would be around 4 days yet over 2 weeks later and counting and still after many emails , I eventually got a reply yet still didnt advise me any further . I finally received a reply stating havent even dispatched it and it could be potentially 3 weeks instead of the 2 days stated, so have no idea how many weeks/months it would take if I opted for free delivery option if I paid for their speedy delivery ,so Ill be processing a charge back/refund and have ordered this from Beko instead , which I should have done as they have it delivered next day

The product arrived broken, but I contacted the company within 24 hours (as stated) and they responded immediately confirming they were sending out a replacement.
The replacement arrived very quickly and not broken.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Kenneth from UK White Goods. I was looking for a remote for a down draft extractors and I sent Kenneth through the details that the UK representative of the manufacturer had provided me and I explained my problem to Kenneth. Kenneth explained that there would be a good chance I would be wasting my money as the remote wouldn't fix my problem. How often can one say that they experience such levels of honesty, knowledge and care for their customers/prospects ? Thank you Kenneth, you appear to be a straight talking no nonsense kind of guy and I for one appreciated it.

I recently ordered a spare dishwasher dispenser unit. The website specified the dishwasher model, and the price was competitive. Item arrived within the timeframe specified, just under 10 days, and works well.

"All good with part and service"
I must admit that some of the reviews here made me hesitate in buying from this company, but I can't fault my experience - they were quick to respond to my questions about the part I thought I needed for our SMEG Oven, sent me additional information about what might be the fault/solution which initially put me off buying the £140 Main Board and look for alternative cheaper solutions as I didn't want to waist £140 if I was wrong (at their loss of a sale), but eventually nailed it down to the main board by trial and error, so bought it, paid a little extra to get it tracked - it came in a couple of days, 'Special Delivery' which would have cost more that I paid extra for and their recommended part is genuine SMEG, cheaper by £30-40 than anywhere else and got the oven working. So all in all I can't fault them at all. I wouldn't normally write a review unless it was a negative one, but seeing the negative reviews here felt they needed a positive one as my experience was very good.

"Very poor service"
Was supplied with a faulty thermostat. Returned it immediately. Person named Kenneth Watt made numerous excuses as to why they wouldn’t make refund. Had to wait over one month before they acknowledged item faulty before making refund. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Ordered a part on 21st November 2022. ETA given of between 5 and 35 days. As of 24th January 2023 nothing received. Only feedback from the company is we can offer a refund or continue to wait. I have taken the refund and yet the part is still showing as available on their site. Disgraceful service. Do not use

I ordered a A13 0696R thermostat for fridge freezer it show photo of electric terminals and was exactly what I had so I order it took two weeks to come and when it arrived the three connection terminals were on my thermostat and the photo on whitegoods site became four and does not fit my fridge, I emailed them and they informed me if you look in the small print they have the right to send a alternative as they don’t make the one I want, I informed them the photo on there site is what I want only for them to tell me that’s a old model and don’t make now. I ask them to send me a return label paid for as it’s them that sent me the wrong part only to be told you want refund I got to pay for return to get refund I never order from this company again reply to seller why put photos on of thermostat that you can’t sell and why put small print at end of page ok it’s in red but should be by photo of thermostat this note was at bottom of page past where you order and information make it clear by photo you won’t get this thermostat as they don’t make it now. Take the photo off and put photo of what you are going to send misleading
