1) Half a year to fix a bike - unacceptable.
2) Successfully sued 50cycles because they would not replace 18Ah battery. Only paid out after court order was issued saying they didn't know about case. Yeah right!

Absolutely shocking customer services. I paid for my bike upfront and due to being messed about by Loughborough i cancelled. They never return my calls and cashed my cycle scheme voucher after i cancelled.
