Still waiting for our jackets and a refund. Paid for express shipping (4-5days) and still waiting for our jackets a month and half later.

Stalling tactics such as jackets under construction, fabric running out due to popularity and promises of refunds.

Avoid like the plague! Initiating a credit card fraud case hoping for a refund.

This is perfection! I bought it for my wife's cosplay but I steal it for my own Caitlyn cosplay. Aside from that, I wear it as a normal jacket all the time and always get a compliment when I wear it. Highly recommend for such impeccable quality!

I ordered a coat despite negative online reviews. There was a delay and now more recently a cancellation. My refund may take up to 8 days when really it should be immediate. Basically I have given an interest free loan to them.
Not impressed at all and hoping I get my money back.

NB a refund was eventually received and just that. No explanation or apology or effort to reorder when stock was replenished.

Buyer be were Jacket Junction got me for 204.59. Order a jacket it took 2 months to receive, it never came close to fitting! Sent it back, like they instructed me to never received a replacement jacket or my money!

I wasn't sure what to expect quality wise buying a jacket sight-unseen, but am very pleased with my purchase. The workmanship is really great, and the jacket looks exactly like the photo. The stitching is nice, the fit is nice.

There were some communication issues (never received any automated updates after ordering and the website's "order tracker" page was broken) but reaching out to a person via customer service email got a reply in a timely manner.

I'm planning to order additional jackets in the future, and am very pleased with my purchase.
