I had my bike serviced and the process was very straightforward. Friendly helpful team. My service was handled by Robbie who kept me well informed, and explained the costs clearly.
Would have been even better if they still provided a courtesy scooter, but the level of service was otherwise very good.

Be very ..very careful when you are buying a car from BMW Park -Lane. Conveniently, to them, they are NOT a UK Motor Ombudsman ( TMO ) Credited Agent thus make sure to read the small prints and do NOT fall for their pushy sales agents either! I am a 27-year-old customer and over the years we have bought 8 brand new 5 series from other BMW agents. I regret buying our current car from BMW ParkLane. Thanks for your recent contact with BMW UK Customer Service, your concerns have been passed to me to respond to. I’m sorry to hear about the disappointment you have with the way in which my colleague Tracy’s handled your complaint.
Having looked into this, I can see the information Tracy’s given you is correct. Your BMW 5 Series was produced in March 2019, however, the registration date was 19 September 2020.
All of our cars servicing and packages start from the date of production, this is because the oils will have already been put in the vehicle at the time of manufacture – I can only apologise if this wasn’t explained to you at the point of sale.

"Has anyone experienced buying car mats…"
Has anyone experienced buying car mats from Park Lane BMW? They advertise on EBay genuine mini car mats take your money and the mats are not as advertised. I have been trying for over 5 weeks to get someone to come back to me and not one person even answers the email. Have I been tricked? Has this happened to anyone else and if so did you manage to sort it?

"The car delivered wasn't the same as in video"
A saga of disappointments. Ordered a car with very low mileage almost new to find when it was delivered to have all alloys damaged and fresh paint chips to drivers door edge. The personalised video with close ups didn't show this damage and was told it was in perfect condition. Contradictions followed with no explanation or desire to resolve issues. Weeks passed before full refund was issued.

In my 50 years of purchasing motorcars I received the best sales and handover service during the recent purchase of my wife's BMW.
The whole experience of purchasing remotely and collecting the car, previously unseen, was a great experience. The vehicle exceeded all expectations.

"Avoid this garage - BMW PARKLANE PARKROYAL"
I had to write this as I wanted to make sure someone from the company read this and understood that kindness is not weakness.
However I want to bring a matter up. Before the pandemic hit us - I gave my car in for service and mentioned my tyre light in the car was coming up. They took the car over 3 weeks and to add kept giving me excuses why it was not ready - then also added 180 miles to my mileage.
At the time I the car was leased, with a mind to purchase it. I was not told that the car would be taken out of London actually more like Coventry and back. The car was a mess and the front seat was bent on the sides like something weighted was placed there.
Every time I asked for my car - there was an excuse. Also when I went to collect the car it was a state. I was told that everything had been done . When I mentioned the mileage - they checked and gave me £21 for petrol.
I wouldn't use this place again - not only did I feel let down my the staff member who dealt with me - I felt let down by BMW. Did they take advantage of the fact I am a women? I am nice and did not take it further? Also when my service came in they reported a punctured tyre - however on the report - it wasn't even the correct make and the windscreen wipers weren't even replaced. It's been bugging me as I gave a glowing report previously.
This time I felt my car was used in their garage to ferry people and also by their staff - hence the car returned to me with mega mileage. BMW thought it appropriate to give me £21 worth of petrol? How about the wear and tear of my car. All I can say as a woman I just felt that I was taken on a little ride. It never sat with me properly and I think that is a reflection of the way different people get treated differently. Not happy with the service at all to be honest. All I ever was - was kind and patient. Avoid this place... Go to another BMW garage. At least somewhere, where you wont be duped by the so called 'kindness'.
Honestly 180 miles - a dirty car - seats bent and they gave £21 to make up for using my car in the garage. So disappointing ... BMW .....
What was also shocking is that when I questioned the £21, they made me feel cheap. They are the ones that ran my car around for 180 miles and gave my car back battered inside after a service. I am well within my rights to ask what can be done.

"BMW CAR PURCHASE"
I recently booked a new BMW car through the Park Lane dealership. I had a very good experience. Hussein Qureshi was very helpful. He understood my needs and gave a very good recommendation.
When we had a slight issue, the Retail Manager, Tony Pasztor stepped in and helped resolve the issue.
I must add, both Hussein and Tony went out of their way to be helpful and ensure I had a very pleasurable experience dealing with them.
Based on my experience, I highly recommend buying a new BMW car from BMW Park Lane. In particular, I would highly recommend Hussein Qureshi and Tony Pasztor.
Well done Hussein and Tony! Please keep up the good work.
