"Prestige, no chance!!!!"

Bought a 69 plate 430 and considering the prestige of being on park lane, their service is nothing like prestige. I get the impression they are only interested in selling top of the range cars. Yes, I bought during covid but the handover process was laughable. Was not even offered a drink. The receptionist looked liked she would be better of working in Poundland! Had to go back to have work done and that is a faff in central London. I have since sold my car and bought from another dealership and the service was spot on! Avoid this flagship dealership. Would never buy from them again!

"Great service - great car"

Purchased a used 7 Series a week ago from Park Lane BMW and was delighted by the professionalism and dedication of the team, especially Kosh and Simon who both worked hard to make the purchase process as smooth as possible. Couldn't be happier with the car so far. Would recommend them with no hesitation.

Had a bit of work done recently on my 2014 i3.
Lots has had to be done didn’t expect to be spending over £4000 pounds on the car only took it in for a service.
Anyway
The service department for bmw park lane in battersea.
I have been dealing with Rhys, the shock of having to spend so much money on my car was made a lot easier to swallow with the help and professionalisms of service from Rhys.
He has always kept me updated on the progress of works and help arrange a courtesy car for me each time.
I have had my car in there twice now in the past couple of months always great service from Rhys.
Highly recommend bmw park lane service centre in battersea.

"I've ordered an X5 e45 from their…"

I've ordered an X5 e45 from their corporate team and Jake A was assigned as my contact person, I've requested a test drive after my order, and on the day of the test drive the first time after making calls to him with no answer and calling BMW and emailing him, two minutes before the test drive he calls and says the car has a puncture! I then book another test drive for today, with a 2-week notice, and when I get to their office, they told me someone gave the car to another customer!? and some lousy excuses from him and his manager! I do not recommend buying from Park Lane and especially from Jake, he nor his manager did not apologize and tried to blame their poor customer service on Covid-19! If you value your time, go to another retailer.

"Damaged Part & Customer Service."

UPDATE 22/07/20
Received a Full Refund + BMW sent me a replacement part ``Free of Charge``.
Certainly has changed my opinion of their Customer Service.

Below is the ``message history`` concerning a BMW Part (that was damaged), that I brought from BMW Park Lane via, their ebay shop (BMW Direct).

Here's what happened

You say that you have arranged collection for today Thursday 02nd July.
Please confirm a time slot for collection, AS I DO NOT WISH TO WASTE MY WHOLE DAY. waiting for your courier to collect the damaged item that you sent me.
As of 09.24 hours this day 02nd July 2020. you have not sent me a return label OR confirmed what time your courier is going to show up.
Such bad Customer Service!!!!

Your first message a few days ago should of been more correct in stating that you require 48 hours notice to arrange a collection. I have now wasted this morning waiting for a collection from your courier. SO 48 HOURS NOTICE, COLLECT ON THURSDAY 02nd July. Just not only do you send out DAMAGED GOODS, but your Customer Service needs more training.

Item arrived early today, HOWEVER:- 1) As you will see from the first photo, the part is bent / twisted out of shape in a section. 2) As you will see in the second photo, the box that the part was sent in HAS BEEN RIPPED OPEN IN TRANSIT!!. This end of the box had no ``BMW Tape`` on it, as the other end did. Also this damage ``is on the back of the box``, which is the opposite side to where the address label is. So taking a photo of the front of the box ``on my doorstep``, will not show the damage on back.

"Terrible customer service..."

Terrible customer service from the used car sales person. Rude and unhelpful as soon as they have your money. I thought this was supposed to be the flagship store for BMW in the UK. Obviously not. Avoid if you do not want to be disappointed.
