The product is great ,the Coustimer service is very lacking at best. Tried to buy a set of Hogan irons and trade my callaways in for credit. After three calls that I left messages the “special “ trade in deal ended. Nick from Hogan called a few days later and I talked with him about the order. He was cold , said no special and the price of the trade in had dropped. I explained I had done the order but not completed it because of the trade in issue. He said he didn’t really care that the “special” was over and that is that. He also said someone else will call , that never happened. I had ordered the demo program clubs and then tried to order. They lost a sale since they had no interest and I bought a set on eBay from a guy that had a problem with his Hogan club order and couldn’t Get it fixed. The face of Hogan is the face to the public before they even get to the product. The pro’s are an excellent irons. The Coustimer service is a 0 . Ben Hogan company move Nick to another job in the company and get an upbeat knowledgeable person to deal with the public.

"Playing all Hogan clubs during 2019"

I have been playing Hogan Ft Worth irons, discontinued wedges, GS 53 metal woods and putter during 2019 and enjoy them all. The only modification I wish Hogan would make is to design the GS53 driver to lie flat on the ground at address with as little shaft angle as possible. I also bough the Hogan bag. It is my favorite, except for the handle, which needs a rubber surround.
