"Customer service is 10/10!"

Customer service was so amazing! I reached out to supergrows on Instagram to ask if they would be able to tell me if or when they would have an item back in stock, they went above and beyond by locating the item I wanted in-store and made it available on the website so I could order it that same day! They are so helpful and I can't recommend them enough. I have never left a review for a company before but I didn't expect the response I got today and was so grateful that they took the time to get the product for me!

I have ordered from them once previously and found that the product was the best price on their site (on Amazon and other sites it was almost double the price for the same product!).

In terms of delivery, my order arrived within a week and was a reasonable cost considering I live the other side of the country! It was also packaged very securely so the product arrived intact and without leakage. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this company and would definitely recommend ordering from them- they are more than happy to help with enquiries and it's always good to support small businesses!
