Good experience. There wasn´t an option to choose the delivery and that threw me off a little when I saw the price I paid for shipping...However the website is nice and the products are just the same you buy from the hair shop. Products arrived in good condition and are nice quality.
If lockdown continues for much longer, this is a really good alternative to get your African Hair products.

They didn't have online what I wanted so I messaged the website which explained they had recently launched the website so everything isn't currently up on the website. they asked what was I Looking for I then sent them my extended list of Hair care & skincare. It turned out that they did have the items & later that day the items were uploaded. I was then able to place my order online & pay through PayPal so I knew my payment was secure & insured. Three days later my order was delivered complete & correct. Since then I have placed other orders, & as a online Business myself I know the power of the internet for sales. So if you know what you want but don't see it online drop them a Email or Text them to see if its something they stock. 10/10 for Service & Products. Also their Postage cost is very reasonable. I now let my customers who like me live in areas where you can't easily get hold of Back skincare or Hair care products know a online shop who cares about their needs.

"delivery updates"

The process of choosing out the products was very simple and and easy. The emails are also clear and well displayed however it has been 2 weeks since I have placed my order and have not received any update or idea as to when the products will then arrive. The products I was aiming to replace have already run out so me ordering in advance lost its purpose.
