Got a guy who would like to take my job then took me 5 days to confirm as he only text me one time in the morning. Yes reply will be on next morning very early which when I see his text will be too late. That's fine, after confirming the job then it is so hard to lock in a day to get my things done. What he done was again ask me every early morning can he come. I was the one who paid so I think he should work around with my schedule. Finally I get some other people to get my job done not from serviceseeker.

"Service Seeking make promises and lies"

Service Seeking make promises and lies. They used every sales tactic in the book to get me to sign up, promising they’d contact me before the next billing date to discuss my account before they charge me. I had my doubts, as my niche isn’t particularly popular on their platform, but my "account manager" reassured me I could cancel during that call. That call never came, and to my surprise, I was billed yesterday.

When I emailed them about it, their response was essentially a dismissive "too bad, so sad," claiming they can’t issue a refund. Every business can refund if they choose to—this is just a matter of their unwillingness. The promises and assurances they gave were outright lies.

To make matters worse, the quality of the leads they provide is atrocious. Most of them are time-wasters just kicking tyres. They rarely reply. I never received one job as they never respond, the few that did, never continued responding. It is the most bizarre thing, I actually wonder if they are just AI leads.

They claim to look after their customers, but the truth is, they don’t care at all.

If you’re considering using their service, think twice. It’s not worth the hassle or the money. Be warned.

The service was exceptional in every aspect of what was needed to complete my patio and walk- way being paved, any delays I was consulted immediately, which I really appreciated. The team were always available to answer any questions that arose during the process of the work, which I was thankful for. Even going an extra mile to complete work that wasn't even scheduled, with no added cost. I recommend ASR Contracting as the quality of work was consistently outstanding and very impressed with their professional and customer service

I would of giving these guys a 4 star review but due to them calling me about renewing my subscription I kindly told them I don’t want to this year but I’ll be signing up in the future when I need the service they still took out the money and I can’t get ahold of them and when I did they said it will be processed within 5 business days and they will take an admin fee out which I was ok with I just wanted most of the money back and yet still nothing. Now they will never see me sign back up ever again and they get a 1 star review which seem common for this business

Yash, who visited my property for cleaning. His service was extremely worst—he left my house dirty and also damaged my blinds and property. Despite my efforts to reach him via phone and messages, he has not responded.

I don't know why they would have such service provider. Where I would take you to ACCC if things are not fixed.
