"Scam website"
The business doesn't exist and has no stock to sell. Domain registration is extremely dodgy. Address listed for the business is a home address on a random street linked to a wedding photographer.
Incredibly suspicious positive reviews that read like they were written by AI that have only reviewed mowers.ie and no other company.
Terms and conditions listed on the website are completely illegal.
Very obviously taking money for stock they don't have, and then attempting to enforce illegal terms and conditions and fight chargebacks with fake delivery information.

"Worst company in Ireland"
Purchased a Luba 2 about 6 months ago. Got the similar run around to other reviews here with constant empty promises of arrival, email of the Lubas in a van only to be told the following week that they had to send out to other customers first. They refused to process my refund request through email and over the phone. Had to get a chargeback done through the bank in the end. Id give 0 stars if it had the option. This company should be shut down for their illegal activities. My advice to anyone: avoid at all costs.

"Took money didn't deliver. No refund"
Rang and they confirmed the model I wanted was in stock. After i paid they said it was not in stock and offered another model. I asked for a refund instead and now they no longer answer calls or respond to emails. Avoid.
Looks like legal option is only route.

I recently bought a Luba 2 from these guys online. They did not deliver, would not answer their phone, and have still not provided me with a receipt. They will not respond to my calls or emails. I found their location (75 Rochestown Avenue, Dun Laoghaire - A96YR13.) and had to make 3 visits to their home. I was very disappointed to find out they do not have a shop but operate from a van parked in their driveway. I do not expect that they will provide any backup service. I regret getting my mower of them and strongly advise for you to say clear. I will be sending my emails and concerns directly to Luba.
I have just read through some other reviews and I am sure it is illegal to refuse to give refunds for something he can't deliver on time. Brono was asked from me and so many others for refunds and it seems he has not given any.
He needs to be reported to the right governing bodies.
Brono, please do not write a "sincere apology" follow-up to this, I know it is all BS, just like all your copy and paste response below.

I had a small issue with delivery for the Metabo Mower RM, but it was sorted quickly. The mower is top-notch and makes cutting the grass a breeze. I'm very satisfied with my choice and would definitely order from them again!

I ordered the LUBA 2 AWD 5000 in May. There was a bit of delay with delivery, which was frustrating, but they kept me updated. The mower itself is powerful and easy to use, really happy with it so far.

Do not order anything from this company . If necessary, pay a little more to buy from an honest retailer.
Ordered a Luba 2 in May. The website said the item was in stock. Confirmation email said order was getting ready to be shipped. But then nothing.
After 10 days I enquired and I got a response saying the item would be delivered between 11 and 13th of July. This email stated that the other Irish stores would not have stock until August. I now realise, this is because these other companies were not trying to mislead customers about stock levels and delivery times.
Multiple emails making excuses. Multiple phone calls and emails in August were not responded to. A demand for a refund was ignored. Following that I got an email saying the item was dispatched. Further delay was blamed on DPD not picking up the item. DPD confirmed that pick up had not been paid for, and the item had not yet been dropped off to DPD.
Eventually the mower was delivered in September.
I believe this company has total contempt for its customers. I’ve never dealt with a company this bad. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

I went with the Gardena Selino in July. Even though there was a slight delay, it arrived in perfect condition. It's lightweight and easy to use, exactly what I needed for my garden. Really happy with the purchase. I'd buy from them again!

I chose the Bosch Indigo robot mower in May. Delivery took a bit longer than I wanted, and I had to follow up a few times. But once it arrived, I was impressed, it's a great machine and does the job well. Just wish the delivery had been quicker.

I ordered the LUBA 2 AWD 3000 in June, and it arrived in August. I'm thrilled with it! It was easy to set up and works like a charm. The folks at customer service were friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend!
