I did not receive my order, or Any correspondence from this company, I emailed them several times, still waiting for correspondence, tried calling, telephone number not attainable, Just emailed again asking for a full refund of £167 which I purchased 2 cakes for a hen do, but still no response, something is going on with this business?

I ordered a birthday cake for my wife’s birthday. I spent £82 and purchased it well in advance. Cake never turned up. I tried to contract them on all channels- no response. Still no apology or refund. Disgusting. Thank you for ruining my wife’s birthday.

"BEWARE - no cake arrived"
BEWARE - zero star review - took my money - no cake.
My cake ordered and paid (in June) for 14th July did not arrive. Phones are disconnected and no messages/emails or social media are being answered.
I have used them before so no idea what has gone wrong but I’m £80 down and without a cake. The order and correct date show on their systems but it’s marked unfulfilled.

I’m expecting a cake I ordered 2 weeks ago for my daughters birthday today, and having no communication or updates on it being dispatched, the full fulfilment status is unfulfilled meaning it hasn’t been dispatched. also reading some recent reviews it’s highly unlikely I will receive my daughters birthday cake, I can’t believe I’ve been left high and dry a day before my daughters birthday. Tried contacting in many ways and not able to get a reply from anyone!
THE AMOUNT OF REVIEWS THAT HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM IS ASTONISHING, THIS COMPANY NEEDS LOOKING IN TO, it’s not
Like there cheap cakes and things to be let down with last minute, no way of getting money back and if your like me a single mother with 3 children you can understand how distressed my autistic daughter was the day of her birthday with no way of getting her a replacement cake as I’d spent out on this company!!

They left me high and dry <24 hours before my daughters first birthday party. I needed a vegan cake due to allergies she has and I wanted a themed cake as it was a big occasion for us. They emailed, didn’t even bother to call me, to say it couldn’t be made due to faults at the bakery. Then on Instagram they apparently were selling their business? So it stank of we truly just CBA - very fitting for their name. I ordered my cake a month before and was so excited for it.
I was utterly disgusted with their attitude and they should be absolutely ashamed.
If they’re still trading, AVOID. They’ll likely let you down and simply not care.

ordered a cake a week before my event for thursday 13th of july and have had no contact what so ever and also no cake , i have paid and depended on this company for my mums birthday but now they have put me in a horrendous position, calls don’t work and don’t reach the place and they haven’t responded to my many emails over the past 4 days, all i want to know is whether i have a cake or not?
UPDATE this company should be ashamed as i never got my cake or any replies and was let down on my mums birthday! the lack of accountability is disgusting and the disregard for the effect they have on important events in people’s lives as a cake company
if they were going to open a business they should have realised the responsibility they have to their customers which it seems they have let down several times
