"The worst company I’ve ever worked for"

The worst company I’ve ever worked for, the worst people I ever dealt with in my 10 years of experience being as taxi driver. Wen i first spoke to them they where so nice, saying how good they are, how fear they are with the drivers how busy they are there will be no feeding between the driver because the GM apparently use to be a taxi driver and he hatted that, I fact is totally the opposite and i wasn’t making enough money to pay the bills, on my last week I only made £100 a profit and when I told him that I’m living they told me a I’ve to give to weeks notice. I was what?!!! You never told me that wen I joined the company his answers was oh sorry i mast’ve forgot, well then I can’t stay to more weeks because you haven notified me and definitely can continue working for you making £100 a week. There answer again was sorry you have to say otherwise you keep the deposit from you and that’s what they did the keep’d £750 from me and that was more then to it should’ve ben for to weeks notice, when i called the to hoping to get an explanation for it they said this are the total fees plus this and plus that and told me to not call them back again. I have no words how to describe this people (horrible) maybe.

"Applying 20% cancellation fee not supportive to anyone!"

Applying 20% cancellation fee not a good position to take on Covid related refunds. Especially when the web chat service (now closed) confirmed to me a full refund would be made.

Appreciate changes are hitting everyone, and if for example the 20% fee was being provided to the drivers (as they will be facing difficult times too) then I would have more sympathy.

The current stance simply drives me away from future bookings at a time business recovery will be key for many.

In practical terms the 20% fee will be coming back to me either from a change of heart of Arrow or the charge back now initiated via my credit card company - that will create far more admin, time and loss for Arrow than simply fully refunding.

Come on do the right thing for your customers and yes, as a company, do use the support the taxpayer is offering you.

"Rip off cancellation fee"

I book an airport transfer in February for our Tenerife holiday in April. When I in February I booked airport transfers for our April holiday. When all flights were cancelled I contacted Arrow to cancel the journeys. I have now received confirmation of my refund and have been advised that the standard 20% cancellation fee has been charged ( normal terms and conditions). I appreciate that in normal times a charge is appropriate ( though I do thing 20% is a bit excessive) but we are not in normal times and cancellations are unavoidable in fact necessary in lockdown Britain.
Perhaps Arrow could have reduced their cancellation charge or better still not applied it at all, possibly they could have offered a credit for future trips.
Their stance is not appropriate at this time

"Would not recommend"

Had to cancel booking due to coronavirus, I got a partial refund, and although t&c's said they could deduct 20%, not will, I would have thought under the circumstances, a full refund would have been the sensible thing to do. It's not as if they are not working still, unlike a lot of businesses. Would not recommend

"Do not use"

Never really had an issue with collection to go airport but on returns your car is never ready (2 years in a row,) and have to wait on average 30-45mins.
More recently have booked again however due to holiday being cancelled due to coronavirus I've asked for refund as had to cancel well in advance this is proving to be the most difficult thing to get you would have thought been easy. The bristol office have no clue and are rude, the Leeds head office trying to help but keep passing back to bristol. No managers to take the responsibility to look into. Still chasing, now loo looking at care studies to represent fraud,theft or other similar situations to able to claim legally.

Beware of this cowboy outfit.
