I am an 87 year old lady, booked a car for a hospital appointment with Baildon Arrow. Agreed pick up outside the property as we are difficult to access. Car arrived 20 mins late after 2 phone calls, leaving me standing cold and stressed. Unreliable.

I recently used Arrowcars Taxi at Bristol airport for the first time and last time, It was absolutely ripped off. I was told the journey would take 35 minutes, but when I checked Google before trip and at the taxi office, it said it would only take 15 minutes. I felt like I had no choice but to take the taxi as I didn’t see a taxi rank at the airport. Once I got in the taxi, the meter said it would take 30 minutes, but as the driver started driving, it recalculated to just 15 minutes. The driver went on to tell me that the office put in a different location. I definitely wouldn't recommend this taxi company. It cost me £45 for a 13 minute taxi ride. The taxi driver was a nice gentleman though who told me to use UBER when going back to airport. I would recommend downloading UBER app or taking a short walk to the Airport Tavern pub to get a taxi. This crowd will rip you off. Oh my UBER taxi back to airport cost £12

Awful. They don't even allocate a driver until 25 minutes after the time of your booking. I've missed appointments because they were half an hour late, and they don't seem to care.

"Knocked off bike by driver - terrible aftercare"
I was knocked off my bike by one of their cars. Driver left without giving any details and I didn't get their number plate before they left. Contacted their customer services to be told apparently they have no information about which cars/drivers are working at any given time!
Emails were rude, dismissive, no interest to look into it all - as I didn't have photo evidence of the car to prove it was them they didn't want to know.
No evidence of any duty of care by the driver or the company, would not get in one of their cars

"LBA taxis are rubbish and expensive "
On 2 occasions I have been forced to use Arrow cars at LBA .
Both occasions I was asked to walk over the car park to the taxi which had gone to the wrong pickup area, the second time I refused and chose to wait for another vehicle, I did this because I have walking difficulties hence getting a cab. This company are rubbish when it comes to service also the price is so high £6 more than my local.
I will never use again.
