Don’t use this firm.
Driver was nothing short of downright rude.
Uncommunicative
We had three bags- he picked up the lightest ( cabin bag) and shot off into the car park leaving my wife and I to struggle with the suitcases.
When we caught up with him he stood back and left us to put them on the boot!
The cost was £36 to get home at lunchtime as opposed to £25 to get to the airport (at 3am)!

Having used this company reasonably successfully a few times for trips to/from Leeds - Manchester, and back, we were surprised to be left stranded at home this morning - on a booking paid for weeks ago, and confirmed yesterday.
At 8.45am, after three phone calls from me, the company finally admitted the nearest car they had was stuck in traffic at least twenty minutes away.
Fortunately I was able to hurriedly arrange suitable parking at Manchester, and drive us there.
Let’s see how we get on with the refund!
Later: Apology received from Arrow with promise of full refund. Confirmed they just didn’t have a car in our area (despite a month’s notice)

We booked a taxi from Leeds Airport because:
The taxi will be at the door.
No fhey don't
We will monitor your flight so you won't have to wait.
No they don't
Youbook in advance to make sure taxi is booked.
No they don't, no record of booking.
They arranged a taxi for us but my disabled wife had to walk a long way into the car park. They also charged me an extra £8 over the price confirmed which I refused to pay.
The Italian driver was very helpful and was brilliant.

My flight on Friday morning could not land, unbelievably on account of a hole in the runway at Bradford Airport.
We were the diverted to Manchester landing approximately at 1 am, with supply coaches to Leeds Bradford, arriving at 3.30 to 4 am on the morning.
The only franchised taxis at Leeds Bradford Airport, Arrow Taxis told me my taxis would be a wait of 10 mins.
Rather than an accurate reply that i would have to wait almost another hour. Cold and tired I waited another 55 minutes, no information,and arrived home just after 5 am
I complained to Arrow Managing Director, Daniel Graham who said they could offer no refund, despite their astronomically comparatively high price of a 9 mile journey for over £ 38 pounds.
I hope Leeds Bradford airport field more widely and competively when they give the next franchise to a taxi company; as my experience is the franchise is way over priced and inefficient. The taxi lateness and overpricing had nothing to do with late flights in or diversions coming back by coach from Manchester-as the company would like to suggest-it was failure to react and incompetence-and lied to me when my taxi would arrive. Had I known I would never have made the booking

"Charged for cancelled booking and no refund"
Booked an airport taxi on the morning of my journey. Called after the original collection time and was told it would be at least another 40 minutes so I cancelled. They still charged me and 2 weeks on haven’t refunded or replied to any messages. Plus significantly more expensive than the national firm I ended up using. Avoid like the plague.

My daughter has just been ‘driven’ by an arrow cars driver as part of a long term booking normally fulfilled by DG cars
The driver shouldn’t be on the roads, went road 2 majors islands THE WRONG WAY!!! on coming traffic had to swerve out of the way, he then reversed into the traffic travelling the right way leaving my daughter having a panic attack
How the hell has this person been licensed?

Poor company as per other reviews. Family of 4 booked taxi at 0345 on a saturday morning; turned up after phoning and reminding eventually at 410 saying we would still make our flight; they had no idea of what flight time this was. Very well paid for a short journey. No apology from company or driver. I've given there chance to respond to me and they've ignored me. On return at Bristol airport they clearly cannot cope and waited ages for our return. we will use alternatives next time.
