Pre booked from leeds Bradford’s airport. No one at the pre booked window so had to join huge que to be told my taxi would be half an hour. Cancled and rung a local firm who were there in 5 mins and 30% cheaper

"Dont refund cancelled bookings promptly"
We booked a taxi to Bristol Airport by phone and paid by credit card. We then saw their poor reviews, and found another (also cheaper) option so cancelled. They could not give a refund by phone (strange as they can take money by phone) and claimed we had to email. We emailed several times with no acknowledgement. We phoned again and were told email is the only way to get a refund. this was over a month ago and we are now raising this as a credit card dispute

"Complaint over a complaint"
After writing a review of a complaint regarding Arrow Cars service from Leeds/Bradford Airport, Arrow Cars replied asking me to get in touch with them over this matter. I phoned on the number given where I was told "they had nothing booked on the day they picked me up". So in that case they could not sort anything out with us. That's one way if getting out of it!!!

We booked and paid in advance for a cab to meet us from a 10.30 p.m. flight at Leeds-Bradford but no cab was there. On appeal at the office they had to search for the booking and eventually found it after several minutes. We were told to wait five minutes and then five minutes more. When my wife protested the dispatcher suddenly claimed I had booked it for a completely different time {totally untrue}. Eventually, we were shouted at to go to the other side of the car park by a driver who then marched off. Both in our middle seventies, my wife walking with a stick. No doors were opened, no courtesy shown. I emailed the company about our disappointment at the service but received no reply whatever.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I booked a taxi for 7am to take me to the coach station, so I obviously had a deadline. I rang at 7:05, and 7:10 to enquire where it was, and both times I was told it was on its way and would be there in 2 minutes. A car eventually turned up at 7:28, and the driver said he had only received the job a couple of minutes earlier. The operator LIED to me, I missed the coach and had to pay another £20 together the next one. If he had told the truth I would have been able to make other arrangements and to have caught my original coach.
I will NEVER USE THIS CAB COMPANY again.

£16 for a three mile trip from Newcastle Airport.Only cabs allowed to queue in the airport.Save yourself money and book a taxi elsewhere.Very expensive ride.Check other reviewers.Same story.

"Bristol Airport taxi"
We pre booked our taxis to take us to Bristol Airport from an inn 4 miles away and to take us back when we returned.
We were very happy with the service we received. Both drivers were friendly and professional. We were picked up on time on our way to the airport and our allocated taxi was immediately ready on our return.
Yes it’s a bit expensive but we believe it was worth it for the convenience and professionalism.

Just paid over £40 for a six mile trip from Bristol airport. Outrageously expensive and price gouging at its worst. That's what happens without competition.
Update…just had an email from Trustpilot, Arrow cars will take down my review unless a provide my deals….why….thay know exactly what they charge for a 6 mile ride from Bristol, just an excuse to take down my review. I will put up another if they do….rip off price gouging

Pre booked a taxi for 10:45, waited 20mins r
and called again to be told that the company was busy with airport runs and if we were okay waiting another 40 minutes ??! No of course we aren’t ! Found another company that can be here in 10 minutes… would NOT recommend this company at all (other company is village cars)

Arrived at Bristol Airport at midnight... the guy manning the desk needs a serious attitude adjustment. RIP off prices ... driver of taxi 14 believes himself to be an F1 driver, not appreciated in the rain.
