"Shocking"

Shocking. Booked a taxi to take me from my home to coach station. Took care to book a larger car for the two large suitcases I’d be taking with me. The car didn’t turn up. I called Arrow Cars to be told they were busy and that a car hadn’t been arranged. They offered to send one out but I had no idea when it might arrive. So I walked. I missed my onward connection. I’ve spoken with Arrow Cars since. Took ages through a very convoluted process to get a refund. And longer still to get an apology. I’m considerably out of pocket. They will, unsurprisingly not meet these costs. Absolute cowboys. Please, please avoid this company.

"Walk around the corner and use any other firm"

Taxi from Bristol Airport. One star because you can’t leave zero. It’s time the airport monopoly ended. Arrow cars treat customers like dirt and charge more than any other firm for the privilege of having them mess up. Atrocious service by the office, not the driver.

"Prebooking doesn't get you priority-you just wait"

Dreadful "service". Pre-booked and paid £65.85 for journey Bristol airport to home. On arrival the room was full of people who hadn't booked, nowhere to sit and told to wait. After half-an-hour I asked how long it would be and was told I was second in queue for pre-booked. Waited as loads of people who hadn't pre-booked went out to their taxis. Taxi arrived nearly an hour late. I checked the Uber website and there were 5 available at prices between £35 and £40 who could be there in 5 minutes. Wish I'd read these reviews beforehand - never again. Excuses about late planes! If they can't allocate taxis to people who've pre-booked, they shouldn't take bookings from walk ins.

"Not impressed"

Not impressed. Just phoned twice to arrange a taxi to take me to the station & they hung up on me both times.
My son spends in the region of £100 a month using this company. A quick ‘can you hold the line please?’ would have been nice!

"Empty promises and thieves "

There is more chance of getting your grandmother to fetch you in her wheel chair, than this lot. The booking system is faulty. They won’t send a cab until the bank clears the transaction, which on a weekend, may be Monday morning. And when the transaction clears on Monday morning, they keep your money and promise to refund it, but don’t. Be warned.

"Absolutely disgusting service"

Absolutely disgusting service. Pre booked a taxi for a family holiday. Returned to the airport and told we'd have to wait. Then when driver arrived he clearly had an issue and went to have a conversation with the operator. After 5 minutes I went over as it was 2am and had started to rain. Driver was rude and aggressive. Clearly had been underpaid by the company and took that out on us. He pulled up at my home removed my cases as I was putting the cases inside he took my 2yr old child out of my mum's arms and left her in the middle of the street at 2.30am and drove off.
Have complained to Arrow but heard absolutely nothing back. Please avoid this company.

"Drivers and Service"

Both Allan and Said were brilliant drivers, courteous and good company too. It was a pleasure to be with them.

The receptionists are really helpful and friendly
I wouldn’t use anyone else.

"No show, the company messed us around"

Pre booked a taxi on their website a week in advance. On the day, I rang them up to let them know we were ready for the taxi an hour early, which they said they may not be able to deliver which I understood. Then after waiting for the taxi past the time it was booked for, I got a call from a taxi driver in a completely different area (1h away)saying he was waiting for us, and then confessed there must’ve been a mix up with numbers. At this point I called the company to check our taxi would still be arriving, at which point they told me they never dispatched a taxi, as they needed prepayment, which they hadn’t told me on the booking, or when I rang them an hour earlier, and that I would need to prepay and then they could dispatch the taxi to arrive in 30 minutes. The staff were extremely rude, the first one hung up on me, absolutely would not use again,
