"Pre booked taxi didn’t show up "
Pre booked a taxi for a trip to the airport early morning, it just didn’t turn up. Pre paid a large chunk of money and when we phoned to chase they said they didn’t have any taxis to send, despite not bothering to let us know.

"Don't recommend, unsafe driver"
Don't recommend using this company. Booked airport pickup from Bristol for some family members. Booking process was OK but the journey wasn't. Driver was trying to watch the Euro final on a phone and interacting with a second phone and just managed to avoid running into a car that was stopped at a red light. When I called the next day to lodge a complaint the person on the phone called the driver 'a character' whatever that was meant to mean and I was advised to email the complaint and 6 days later still no reply. Given their website states they have the 'safest drivers around' and 'We demand the highest standards of our drivers' definitely won't be using them again.

"My flight was delayed three times"
My flight was delayed three times and each time i informed Arrow Cars, they were very understanding.
When i was at baggage reclaim - the driver Majid told me where he could meet me and gave me his number to call.
It worked seamlessly. Majid was kind courteous and a safe driver. thank you.

"Utterly shocking non service"
Utterly shocking non service. Booked an airport transfer for 0500. No show. Flight at 0800. Assured at 0510 the car was on its way. Further call at 0530 and no car until 0615 earliest. We cancelled got a local firm and just made our flight. Situation was not helped by the call handlers who struggled with English and frankly sounded like they could not give a toss. Never again! I will be seeking compensation

"Awful booking system"
Awful booking system. Booked weeks in advance online and had confirmation to say pay in taxi. Telephoned to say I normally pay when I book. Was given a link and paid by card. When taxi arrived to take me to Bristol airport, driver said it hadn’t been paid for. Had a debate with cs in their airport office and had to pay again, despite showing my email receipt. Claimed it back eventually. Pathetic system as something similar happened to my sister this morning.

This was the most expensive taxi we've ever had. £62.00 for a 12 mile journey. Never again.

Would give no stars if I could. Pre booked a taxi for 10.45pm at 8pm. 3 phone calls later pouring rain and after waiting 30 mins gave up. Never use again.

"Hugely overpriced journey"
Hugely overpriced journey that would make a Premium London cabbie gasp. The Mercedes van that picked us up sounded like it was held together with gaffer tape and hope, I was surprised we made it to Bristol airport. Couldn't comment on the driver as he didn't say a single word.
When looking for a car to take me to Bristol airport again, I think I'd rather walk.
