Booked a car from Wast Midlands airport and Majid our driver was outstanding. Courteous, extremely polite and knowledgeable! His Car was immaculate and we were extremely impressed

I booked a taxi from leeds bradford airport late night, the taxi was waiting but on the way to my destination the driver was talking on a mobile phone all the way. He only one hand on the sterring wheel most of the time. This is against the law as he did not have full control of the car. Had this not been late at night I would have requested him to stop the car and I would have got out.

Do not use this taxi company - They over charge and have no customer service!!! Which is why they have a 1.9 rating!!
We were charged £15.86 for a journey which took 7 minutes!!
The customer service was terrible, we stood outside the airport LBA at the Arrow taxi rank. The driver shouted our surname from the other side of the car park behind the bus terminal. We had to cross one carpark then around behind the buses. The driver didn't speak or even say hello, he just put our case in the 8 seater vehicle (we clearly stated we were 2 adults with 1 case). There were other 4 seater cars sat waiting for orders. I will not use this company again!!! They should not have the monopoly of the airport, it should be open to all taxi companies to make it fair for passengers

"Terrible, disorganised, unreliable - AVOID!!!"
Taxi ordered for a 5:30am pickup, from a local village to east midlands.
Experience absolutely shambolic!!!!
The office blamed the driver the driver blames the office.
Taxi turned up 20 minutes late (No warnings given)
The taxi turned up to the wrong house (had to run down the street)
Driver blamed the office for giving him the fare late and not relaying his massage that he would be late.
Driver’s driving ability questionable (surely this is a skill that has to be assessed)
Driver had poor English and stated he could not explain his self properly - (surely being a large taxi organisation this is a skill that has to be assessed?)
Still wanted full fare with no discount..!
Cash was requested although I had arranged with a payment card, I then had to work my way through the airport try to pay via there text app, which was buggy and kept freezing - I had to pay immediately because the driver said he could not get his next job until paid.
Best bit about all this, I was with my young family, recovering from illness, one of which is 10 month baby.
What a horrible stressful experience- I never leave reviews like this - BUT PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS.

Booked in advance to go to Bristol Airport,had an extremely polite driver representing the company in a fantastic manner, not rushing and speeding, very pleasant start to our holiday. Had our return flight delayed but walked straight out with our hand luggage around 2-45 am into the Arrow office and a car was ready within a minute of booking. Gentlemen in the office very polite and friendly. Prices are a little high but when you compare it to parking prices the taxi was half price for the two journeys in total. Thanks again

"Very badly let down"
I pre-booked and pre-paid online for a return airport drop off. On the morning of the flight I was sent two texts saying my car had been dispatched and even described the vehicle.
5 minutes after the pick up time I called to ask expected arrival to be informed my car hadn’t even been dispatched. I was 45 minutes away from the airport.
Despite the pre-book (which I assumed would offer some kind of security) they just completely let me down and potentially threatened my flight.
I’ve heard nothing from them since.
Shameful when you consider the premium charge for being the in-airport taxi provider.

" an efficient and extremley proffesional service"
Immediately after coming through arrivals at East Midlans Airport yesterday , I approached the Arrow booking desk and asked for a taxi to Melton Mowbray . I was charged exactly the same as my local Taxi company had charged for the journey to the airport the week before , the experience here was extemely proffesional and efficient. I went outside and a polite, well dressed and proffesional driver opened the car door for me , put my lugage in the boot and drove considerately and proffesionaly for the entire journey.
The car was immaculate and I would highly recommend this company and will definately use them again .

still getting away with robbing people that need a taxi to east midlands parkway as no direct bus is available unless you book Notts on demand which is very easy to do and only £2 not the £30 that was quoted by these scammers. AVOID AT ALL COST

"Shocking website and App do not use"
Shocking website and App do not use. Made a return booking they took the £106 only to then say the booking was unsuccessful. Called number provided and was told to make a booking direct and pay a further £106 on top of the £106 already taken!! And that I should eventually get a refund from the initial booking. Totally barmy to think a customer should pay double because their system isn’t working 😏
