Europc were really helpful. I mistakenly bought the wrong hardware. I was trying to run cad software but the graphics card turned out to be non compatible. Europc exchanged the hardware for me despite it being 6 weeks from purchase. They helped me find and hold a suitable alternative. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

Excellent from start to finish. All my questions were promptly replied to from Mike with all the technical information I required. Ordered two PCs, one had to be sent back which was an error on my part and Tracey from customer support was extremely helpful and emailed me letting me know when it had returned and refund was issued promptly. Second pc was at an excellent price and was a HP renew refurbished machine but looks totally brand new. Will definitely use europc in the future
