"After a year of service"

After a year of service, there was no change to my credit. I was told they should have everything completed in a few months. I ultimately had to call and pay an inaccurate collections bill since Credit Glory couldn't handle it. Nearly $2K in and nothing to show for it.

Charged us when we specifically told the rep we we not interested any longer. Realized it was shady when the rep told us to accept the charge when the bank texts us saying it is a possible scam/fraud. I called the bank immediately and said not to process the payment the first time which they did. The company then went on ahead and sent payment through again without our knowledge. Now going back and forth with a different representative and they are saying they have to "review" everything before giving my money back.

Does anyone have any success stories to tell about getting their credit report cleaned up with this company? Claim and Luis were great and very informative, however, I do have concerns! Most of all the great reviews talk about how helpful the employees at this company have been, and I totally agree, however, would like reviews on success stories or not please! I have given them a lot of money so far and have had one fraud attempt in my account (that I’m not sure came from this company or not, however, I am concerned!) and would love to hear some success stories if they’re out there!
