"This company is a scam beware"

This company is a scam beware. After they sent out the dispute letters I got my own letter, from a lawyer. They were going to garnish my wages for an old credit card balance. I also received letters from Experian and TransUnion. They said that they received letters with my information but it was from an unauthorized third party and they were not going to do anything. This company keeps telling you to wait 60, 90, 100 days for the disputes to be taken off your credit report. The only thing that is being taken is your money.

My representative was amazing and after my call ended I was in tears because of how happy I was to be able to get this all taken care of and informed about things I had no idea about. I am very grateful and thankful.

This company was sending disputes and when a credit card for around $800 balance recieved it they processed something and now my paycheck is going to be garnished. Credit Glory offered me no assistant and cancelled my subscription. They have ruined my life as with the garnish I will not be able to afford my rent which is going to cause me so much hardship I can't stop crying. Do not use this company.

Be careful with this company. They claimed they could fix errors with my debt, but after taking my money for three months, plus an initial payment of $278, they didn’t resolve anything. These people are dishonest—avoid them!

I’m a new customer so I can’t review the service yet but the agent I spoke with was very helpful and quite knowledgeable about my particular situation I left the call feeling a sense of relief and I’m very optimistic about my decision to retain there services wish me luck 🤞🏽on my journey to good credit

"Do not fall for this company"

Do not fall for this company. They lied to me saying that they owned my debt which wasn’t true and that if I wanted to pay the full amount which was way less that what they charged I had to pay it twice. They took my money during 3 months and they didn’t solved anything. I got emails from Experian saying that they wanted to get info from my account and it was suspicious for them. They people are liers.

This company is not worth anyone wasting their time and money. Began seeking help in May 2024, paid for their service. Then had the $99 a month for another straight 6 months, during which time they got nothing settled. I actually got everything cleaned up within a 6 weeks timeframe in late Nov/early December by someone I found on IG - "Cleanupmycredit". As for Credit glory, I got an email welcoming me to their service again in early November and that my first set of disputes were on their way, which was another reason why on Nov 12 I emailed them to cancel, again!. They sent me two conflicting emails that day and had a call with a rep on the 14th who tried to sell me on keeping account active at some discounted rate. Told them no, I already got my credit fixed by someone else who knows what they are doing and they should please cancel everything or anytthing I still got with them with immediate effect, couldn’t have been more clear. Fast forward to Jan 23, I got charged again. Again email this irresponsible company, again get two contradicting emails so I call. Lady I spoke with tells me it’s cancelled but will have account manager call me in next two days. No one has yet called me. Stay away from this company, it’s just a money grab.
