What in Heaven’s name has happened with the service & faster shipping times with Lens Discounters?!
I re-ordered a box of contacts that I’ve been ordering for YEARS, in February 12th - today is February 23rd, & I *still* have absolutely *NO* idea where the shipment is.
Add to this, I’ve been provided with *2* different shipping numbers - one that showed that the order was being processed in Washington, the other tracking number shoring that the order is being processed out of Canada. (Is the United States now relying on Canada for its contacts - & has the manufacturing prices gone up so high, that we can no longer manufacture contacts here, in the United States?!
Reading the other reviews below mine, I can definitely see something has changed (& not for the better) & something is wrong with Lens Discounters. Whatever it is, I hope they can get it worked out & improved, so that they don’t lose too many customers, & with them, their sales. 😕

Lens Discounter takes 1-2 weeks to ship your order even when they have a current prescription on file. With shipping times, a customer must be prepared to wait a minimum of 2 weeks and normally 3 weeks before receiving lens. Customer Service is of no help and will even lie to you.

I've used the for fifteen years and they were flawless up until this year. Something changed, either the company sold or they reorganized or they just gave up. My past two orders have sat in processing for two weeks prior to shipping. I never had an issue until this year and now two bad orders back to back. I would shop around now; a year ago, they were the best in the biz.

I ordered my contacts 4 weeks ago they took my money out of the account and still no contacts I messaged customer service and they said they would give me a tracking number never happened, this is not the first time this has happened either always on back order.... this is a horrible business

HORRIBLE> They will take you money for expedited shipping and not even have your contacts in stock. I received my son's contacts 16 days later. One was the canadian brand and the other was the actual brand I ordered. I'll still to 1-800 contacts who was only a few dollars more, but I never had any problems with them. This was my second experience with the company and never again. Both times were horrible....
