I really appreciated how fast and efficient the customer service personnel got back to me when I call in regards to my packages. Ordering was so quick and easy. My lenses came exactly when they delivery date on the website said it would. One negative thing was that the website photos of the color lenses that I order was much brighter than in person then it was online. Some of the colors were a little to much for my liking but overall great experience and amazing service
