I didnt know what to expect at the begging and it was my first time going under surgery. I did Breast augmentation and everything happened very quick and i am very happy amazing experience everyone were so kind. I am only 2 weeks post surgery and there has no been any complications and i am healing very well. Overall everything 10/10 Thank you so much

"It’s been 10 weeks since my breast…"

It’s been 10 weeks since my breast surgery can’t recommend maya medical enough I’m absolutely in love with my new breast :) the whole experience with maya medical was amazing ,very caring team . I want it breast surgery for very long time but honestly I was to worried and scared to have my surgery in Turkey but only thing I regret is I didn’t do it earlier it was my best decision I’ve made. ( dilar ) was verry helpful and answered me any questions I had can’t thank her enough For her help and support And big thank you to dr Mehmet who did my procedure he is lovely and kind man .
Nurse Havva was there for me and still is 24/7 always insuring everything is okay I can’t thank her enough I’m extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend it to everyone .

"Liposuction 360+tights+arms"

What I didn’t know about liposuction is that is a 6 months journey that start with the surgery. I just completed my path and I can say I am really happy with the results, this decision changed in such positive way my life and I am glad I made it.
Wasn’t easy considering the amount of areas I had surgery on and considering also I faced this totally alone.
My advise for whoever wants to have the same type surgery is to bring someone with you if possible. You don’t really need a physical help but mainly as moral support.
In my experience the pain of the surgery was totally manageable, I suffered for other issues. Also, take as maximum massages as you can after the surgery. This is essential for the recovery and more you do faster you will recover. Are painful, at least for me, but necessary to achieve the best from this experience.
My thanks to the doctor Mehmet my surgeon, my coordinator Seda and the amazing nurse Havva for the wonderful work did with me. A special thanks also to the hospital nurse Elif, my blond angel, I could not imagine my first 2 days after the surgery without your caring.
Every positive experience can always be better, in my case the worst part of it was the attitude of some nurses in the second room I was in. I was a patient but also a client and for this reason I would expect much more positive attitude however I don’t want that the bad behavior of few ruin the positive work of all the medical staff.
My feedback is overall extremely positive and my negative comments about some nurses work should be intended only as further step to improve a really good service.

"Can’t fault the care at all"

I recently had a arm lift, tummy tuck and lipo with Maya and whilst I found the whole thing awful - I actually can’t fault Maya as a company at all.

Having surgery abroad was harder than I imagined especially the language barrier at the hospital, but regarding transfers, aftercare and general assistance, the people at Maya were fabulous.

Dilara was extremely helpful at the being helping book the surgeries and answering my constant questions with no complaints or ever showing impatience. Both her and the surgeon never applied pressure to book and even made sure I had my bloods done before booking so we knew i’d be healthy enough. Selin was amazing. When we arrived at the airport the Covid teat centre was down and hectic which had me all sorts of stressed and worried, but Selin basically said no worries, and arranged for someone to come to the hotel and take a covid test for me in my room the night before surgery. With her available pretty much whenever I needed and always checking in I felt instantly more at ease.

Then what can I say, Nurse Havva is the biggest saint and an absolute blessing to the company. I honestly don’t think I would have coped without her aftercare. From removing my drains so I could actually sleep at night to helping me shower and wash my hair so I felt human - i cant thank her enough. Her genuine care and warmth was always so welcoming when you feel so far from yourself after surgery. She checked in everyday, would make sure I had clean compression suits everyday, and would pick up/provide any additional stuff we needed for care. Honestly she made the whole experience after bearable when I was in so much discomfort.

Other than probably not the nicest hospital experience which maybe i was unprepared for (which is out of Maya’s hands) I cannot fault them and would recommend them to anyone going abroad.

"Best experience!"

My experience all together has been absolutely wonderful. From start to finish! The care I was given whilst I was there was amazing and continuing to be amazing now. I can’t thank Havva enough for the suppose she’s given me and still giving me now. Day or night! I’ve not had to worry or provide anything as it’s all been given to me. Thank you again for the best results and best care/ after care you have provided me! Cannot recommended you enough!💘

"Breast surgery"

I could not say enough how happy I am I chose this company to go with for my breast surgery. From start to finish they was all amazing. Not once did I feel nervous about the treatment. I got picked up from the airport that they arranged and they couldn’t of chose a better hotel. The whole team is lovely and just made my whole Experiance the best. My co ordinator delara became a friend to us and took me and my cousin out to see more of Istanbul which was lovely she really is the nicest person. So if your worried about surgery abroad you shouldn’t be and should defo book with this company. All I had to do was book the flights everything else was done for me. And my results i am Inlove with them it still doesn’t seem real x thankyou all so much x

"The best surgical company ever"

I can’t recommend this company enough! Dilara is so helpful she was available all the time! Before I came for my uplift with implants I found a lump and she was so caring and helpful I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Dr Horoz was absolutely phenomenal he has transformed my body and my life really as my confidence has gone right up. The hotel was beautiful and the staff at the hotel brought us water everyday and called at least once a day to check we were okay! The care in the hospital and outside the hospital is 1000% better than the UK and if I was ever to get surgery again I know where I would go without fail. Havva the in house nurse is insane!!!!!!! She came every single day to help me shower, she even took me to the hairdresser to make me feel better:) even now I’m home she replies to me straight away without fail. The nurses in the hospital came in every 20 minutes and havva is a complete angel!!! This company is by far the best you can ask for. I met other people out there who has surgeries with other companies and their experience was nothing compared to mine! I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone single person along my journey and I hope to see you all again!!! THANK YOU!

From start to finish you have been exceptional!
Dilara answered all of my questions and planned my surgeries with me.
She was so attentive with super quick responses and nothing was ever too much. Dilara met my partner and I when we arrived in Istanbul and she is just the loveliest, most positive person. She instantly made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond for all of our needs.
The nurses at Maya Medical were all amazing and cared so much, I felt very safe and comfortable during my time in hospital. My surgeon Dr Kir has done an incredible job and I can’t wait to see the final results. I am still very swollen, but so far, I’m very happy. It’s clear he is the best in the game.
After my surgery I have stayed in a beautiful hotel that Maya Medical arranged and I’ve been so so lucky to have Nurse Havva taking care of me. She is a real life angel, the most caring Nurse. I have previously had surgeries in the UK and the after care doesn’t even come close. Havva cares so much and has been available every step of my recovery. She has healing hands and I can’t thank her enough.
I fly home tomorrow and I wish I could take her with me!!
The whole process has been so easy and I whole heartedly recommend all of the Maya Medical team. Thank you so much 💙

"I contacted Dilara (Maya Medical) in…"

I contacted Dilara (Maya Medical) in March 2022 about breast augmentation and uplift. She was very informative with every forthcoming question. I booked a surgery date with her She advised me about doing a mammogram before surgery, I was sent a medical questionnaire to fill out and returned. I did a my mammogram in the UK, The result came back and everything was ok. I was then transferred over to Yagmur, she was also very caring and helpful. She answered all my question. When I arrived in turkey, everything went according to plan. I stayed in a 5 star hotel and was taken to the hospital the next morning. The nurses were lovely, they took care of me throughout the night even though my partner was with me, they were always being attentive. I was very happy with the result after my surgery. I got exactly what I wanted. I was discharged from the hospital and taken back to the hotel, a nurse came and visited me there and gave me my pain management medication with her telephone number. I was so happy for the reassurance. Every step of the way was filled with TLC. This is not the first time doing breast augmentation. I had a breast augmentation in 2010 at Transform medical centre in the UK and it was horrible because my implants flipped over after 6 months and the surgeon was trying to tell me that it is normal when he can clearly see my breast was looking deformed. I told him that I am not happy and he told me that he will have to do another operation. They had to book me in again for a second surgery. I was still not happy with the result because my breast had too many ripple. I am so glad that I found Maya medical group. I was recommended by my friend who came here with her sister to do BBL and liposuction on their back and arm and they were very happy with the results. I will definitely recommend Dr Urgur Horaz at Maya medical group.

It has been 2 weeks since I had my breast augmentation and my partner had crowns fitted, we are absolutely over the moon with results! We absolutely LOVE our new look.
The whole experience with maya medical was very easy and great from the very start. The process once we got over to Turkey was easy and completely stress free. My surgeon and my partners dentist were very very good, the hosts from maya medical were absolutely amazing and we all got on so well! They made the experience relaxing and they were so so helpful. We couldn't asked for better hosts! Those girls are great people and so lovely to meet, I hope we all cross paths again.
I have recommended maya medical to everyone I know and have friends out in Turkey now having the same procedure with maya medical.
