From the beginning the team have been helpful & informative, my initial enquirers (Dililah) were responded to so quickly I was able to get the full information and have all my queries answered. I to was able to meet my surgeon (Mehmet) online beforehand who again answered my questions and was super nice.
My patient coordinator (Yagmur) was on hand throughout my whole time in turkey, she was incredibly friendly, helpful and very good at her job. As I made this trip solo she made it a lot easier for me. Recovering in the hospital for 2 days, the nurses were on hand 24 hours of the day. Regularly checked on me and assisted me with whatever I needed. The surgeon came to check on me also.
Getting back to the hotel was where the real recovery began, I had the most amazing nurse Havva (healing hands) she literally brought me back to life. From the lymphatic drainage massage, to helping me in the shower, and in my garment. It’s evident she cares for her patients, it really showed in how quick I recovered. By day 4 I felt good enough to walk around. On day 5 I was up doing some site seeing.
All 3 ladies Dililah, Yagmur and Havva have been amazing!! I’m 16 days post op and they’re still on hand answering questions I have. I’m healing nicely and I’m already very happy with my results.
If you’re thinking about getting surgery abroad then Maya medical is a great company to choose If you’re wanting safe, clean, fab results and great team to look after you.

"It’s already been 3 weeks since my…"

It’s already been 3 weeks since my surgery today and let me tell you a little about my experience! More than 1 and a half that I am following Maya medical on Instagram, I also know people around me who have done procedures with the company but even there I was not sure if I could trust them I always had the little doubt because I want it the best for my first surgery .One day I decided to contact them and wow let me tell you Dilara, she answers me in less than a few minutes and answered all my questions, after I convinced my 2 sisters to come with me and do the same procedures (BBL and Vaser liposuction on arm, inner thighs and double chin) . Dilara gave us a good price for 3. After our security deposit we had the confirmation of our surgeon and after seeing his Instagram I found that did not correspond to the result I was looking for in short I was able to FaceTime with the doctor (Dr.Mehmet) I asked all my questions he made me sure and feel better and then I decided to continue with him. Arrived to Istanbul everything was organized properly our transportation from airport to our hotel, our coordinator (Seeda) she was in-touched with us the whole time. The day of my surgery Seeda accompanied me, we waited for the doctor, he came and did all the draw on my body I was a little disappointed after my surgery because I showed him pictures of what I was looking as final results but he did not remove as much fat at certain place he told me that the double chin, inner thighs and arms is bit risky because there is too much veins which he did not told me during our facetime. In short, I'm still satisfied with the result but GRILS make sure to expect this answer or don't do it if you don't have that much fat because having known I wouldn't have done ,cause I don't see as much change on those areas. I had to stay 2 nights at the hospital which was perfect thanks to Seeda she was always there to answer my questions I had to call her during the night because the nurse did not understand what I wanted. GIRLS make sure to bring someone with you to help you because the nurses they barely understand English it was really hard to communicate and even sometimes they left me without answering my questions or barely came to see me even if I rang the buttons. Sometimes I was using google translator. Brief, my sisters had their operations the next day, they had a more horrible experience than me in the hospital, they had no help getting up or going to the bathroom, one of them their push button was not working and one always put back and hard to get it, their food was always served with meat when they were vegetarian. They hardly eat during their stay in the hospital. After we was release from the hospital Heava our nurse she was incredible she came to see us every day she took so much care of us, those hands are magic after my first session I came back to life. These massages are incredible a little painful but it was perfect. The reason why I give 3 is because we hardly had any help at the hospital from the nurses and a little problem at the hotel l but we had an arrangement with Maya medical and my results after 3weeks. Honestly I don't know if I want to do business with Maya Medical again for my next procedure because even today after all the massages it's not the final result I wanted and I understand I have to wait till 6months to get my final result but still. But one thing is for sure the team is amazing (coordinator Seeda, our nurse Heava and the WhatsApp team) and good price but I would rather pay a little bit more and get the results I wanted and that same thing for my sisters.

"I’m the luckiest patient ever!!"

At first I was skeptical… but through messages communication it made a bit better as i had a lot of questions about everrrrything trust me!!;) Selin was simply great, doctor Mehmet gave me all the assurance that I needed every step of the way specially on the day of surgery as well as his assistant which was equally amazing!! Then Havva my nurse came into my journey no words can describe she was simply amazing thanks to her angel hands i was sightseeing 4 days post op!! Thank you so much bless your hearts. This team clearly proves that no one can beats you at your job when you do it with love!!i felt it thank you so much 😊🙏🏾

"Choose Maya Medical!!!"

I have just got back from my trip to Istanbul for Rhinoplasty and I couldn’t wait to write this review. Firstly Delaria was brilliant at communicating with me prior to the trip, helping with dates and all my questions!! I was really nervous and I left 2 small children at home to do this and the people at Maya medical made this possible. Our transfer from the airport was organised for us, it was a bit chaotic but I assure you this is just normal in turkey so I don’t panic! Selin was on her phone so any problems she was there it was just a bit daunting. Selin then met me on surgery day and took me to the hospital and checked in on me. She was amazing. You can tell how hard she works and that she’s very good at her job! The surgeon (Dr Erdi) was amazing. I’m so so pleased with what he has done it’s exceeded all expectations. Selin then came back to take us to the hotel from the hospital the following day and helped sort the room out. I then met Havva, the nurse, who was again brilliant. I really cannot fault the staff and I’m shocked at just how good it all was. The care was amazing Havva sorted all my medication and explained everything to me so well. She checked in on me daily and then took me to the clinic to have my cast removed. The girls were just lovely!! The hotel is also a really nice hotel, nowhere to sit outside but couldn’t fault the food or the staff!! If you’re thinking of getting surgery in turkey, choose Maya Medical, you will not regret it. This was better than anything I could of expected and the communication was better than any UK people I contacted originally. The only thing I will say is the language barrier can be a little scary at times but I’m not a well travelled person and was pretty nervous anyway (this is in general not the Maya staff) mainly transfers and hospital staff. I’m so pleased I chose to do this! Thank you all 👏🏼

I’ve been speaking to Dilara from Maya Medical in regards to my surgery set for August and she’s just been so helpful and informative. Before getting to MM I spoke to a few different clinics who were ok but none as informative, friendly and as quick as Dilara. This is my first time getting any sort of surgery so you can imagine how nervous I am, so to me it’s very important to work with a company who treats everyone with respect. Customer service takes you a long way. I have A LOOOT of questions lol and she always responds within 24 hours or sooner no matter how many questions I had she never even seemed annoyed she provided the most detailed responses, I even changed doctors mid way… Anyway I’m happy with my choice to go with Maya Medical. I’ll update you guys in August. Fingers crossed wish me luck!

"Successful procedures"

We got our procedures done and we couldn't be any happier with the results. Our surgeon just knew what to do. Dilara was our first contact who was absolutely great always attentive, as our arrival dates got closer we were speaking with our coordinator Seda who again was very attentive , helpful and professional.

My final and most thankful review is for Havva our nurse, she knows what she's doing. She was my arm and legs here , she made sure everything looked great, the massages were so on point I felt 1000 better after she gave me them. When I first left the hospital she said " don't worry ,
You'll feel 100% better tomorrow ,
after I deal with you" and I must admit she wasn't wrong.

"I want to write my experience with Maya…"

I want to write my experience with Maya medical for the second time but before do I would like to say a huge big thankyou to dilara for her great communication before and during my time in Istanbul and a big thankyou to Seda for her kindness and great communication also and a big thankyou to my Surgeon who did my procedure what a lovely kind hearted man.... once I arrived I had a special gift waiting for me from dilara and Seda which I will treasure forever, not only did they look after me before and during my procedure but I can honestly say I have never met such kind, loving, warm hearted people in my life and I'm so proud to say they will be my friends for life i will miss them dearly, I'm very lucky to have found such a great Surgeon Dr Koksal he's done an amazing job not only that but he is the most kindest, caring surgeon I have met I'm so happy with him I've cancelled all my UK botox appointments and I will be travelling to Maya Istanbul from now on for all my upcoming procedures, may I also add that my flight got cancelled on the way to Istanbul and dilara and seda did there best to get me on the next flight, without there help I would of not been able to attend so thankyou one again for all there hard work and determination in there job that they do for all there patients in and out of the UK... I just want to take the time to thank you Dilara and Maya Medical for everything. I will make sure to let Dr Mehmet Köksol know how impressed I am with his staff. You were amazing with all your help and advice. You were also patient with me throughout the whole process until Selin took over. Selin has been the greatest also and she has been super helpful with getting me situated and comfortable in this new beautiful country I had never visited. I did not realize how much gratitude I would receive from your company with all the help that you all offer. Havva has been an angel with this whole healing process and I’m so happy I decided to stay here longer because the significant change I have noticed in my body in the short amount of time is nothing short of amazing. Havva is truly blessed with healing hands and her knowledge she and Selin have shared with me on my road to recovery has been very helpful. I am so grateful for Havva and everything that she does for me every day. Besides the fact that she is super professional she is truly amazing at her job. "Amazing initial communication with Dilara, so friendly and helpful"

Although I have not had my surgery yet, I wanted to leave a review on my initial communication with Maya Medical Solutions. I have been speaking with Dilara for a while regarding a Vaser lipo procedure and she is the friendliest and most helpful patient coordinator I have ever spoken to. I have had procedures from other companies done in the past and never ever felt as cared for as Dilara has made me feel. I have sent Dilara many questions on multiple occasions because I wanted to be certain that I went with a company that I had confidence in, and no matter how many questions I asked her she always went above and beyond to not only give me helpful answers but also give me advice on what I can do before and after my procedure to improve my results. She was very realistic about the result I would achieve, and she seems very knowledgeable on these procedures. She has not made me feel rushed to book anything in any way, which I have unfortunately experienced with a lot of companies.
I know I have 100% made the right choice going with this company and I cannot wait to have my Vaser lipo procedure!

Nurse Havva

Havva is the aftercare nurse, she helped me get dressed, showered and gave me much needed LDM massages. I just wish I could have bought her home with me, 4 months on she messages me asking for photos and advising me.
She was available 24/7 – and by that I really mean 24/7. She came in the middle of the night at 1am to massage me before the flight and help me dressed and packed for the flight home.
Havva cared for me like I had never experienced before. Havva is truly an angel you have BLESSED hands. I can't explain how appreciative and indebted I am too you. THANK YOU X

I honestly say I can only advise anyone who consciously decides to have surgery to book with Maya Medical. The organization was excellent from start to finish.
