Start to finish, both Ben and Marcus have been fantastic. We found the business on google, and spoke with Ben to book in a quote for a new staircase. Marcus arrived in a timely manner, and reassured ourselves that we were in good hands. He sent the quotes we requested over, and the prices were extremely competitive. I’m really pleased with the installation of new stair bannisters, they really solved a difficult problem of not being able to get furniture upstairs. They designed and installed a bespoke stir bannister that can be removed when accessed is required. They are very pleasant, very reasonably priced and have done an excellent job. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

We recently renovated our home. When we had finished the place looked amazing but the balustrade looked dated and out of place.
I was over the moon that I came across dorset stairs when looking online. Marcus and Ben were absolutely fantastic from the point of quoting to finish. I went for light oak and glass panels, it was finished to a very high standard and looks really impressive.
I found they were very professional, arrived and finished exactly when promised, they clearly love what they do and are very skilled. Nothing was too much trouble. Could not recommend them highly enough!

I found this company on the website and from 1 email the job went from start to finish with out any problems.
The stairs look fantastic and the fitters were real tradesmen dust sheets went down on the start of the job and all rubbish and sheets removed at the end. A great team.
