Literally the best customer service of any company I use and the products are fantastic. I have 4 Roundhouse locomotives, 2 bought brand new and 2 date from the 1980s, and they're all a joy to own. On this occasion, I needed some spare parts and Roundhouse couldn't have been more helpful. If you're looking for a live steam or battery electric locomotive, then please make sure you speak to Roundhouse. You won't be disappointed.

Roundhouse are simply the best company in the UK. Their products are of outstanding quality and reliability, but the customer service is beyond compare. There's always a friendly helpful voice at the end of the telephone to give you answers or options.
