iBroke My Gadget

"Very expensive"
Very expensive. Took over a week to replace iPad screen (£320)!! When chased they said they didn't have the right tool. (!). After a week plus they had it on test overnight and returned it out of charge without a new cover which had been paid for. Just remembered my main gripe-paying £340 in advance. Where else would you have to do this?
When collected person in shop was "just looking after shop for someone" and had no idea regarding paid for cover.
This was the Weybridge branch.
Avoid-there are plenty of others wanting your business.

"THEY BREAK YOUR GADGETS !"
I Broke My Gadget must be called We Break Your Gadgets.
I would NEVER recommend this company to someone to fix his phone or anything. They have completely broken my phone which values 500£.
I came to the shop to fix my screen which was broken, I paid 80£ for that, when I came back home, my phone wasn’t charging anymore when I plugged it. I came back to the shop 3 times to make it fix but the sell assistant did not even try to check my phone by opening it to understand the problem. The 3rd time he accepted to keep it to check the problem: they have broken the charger pot. I had to came back twice times again to have a new charger pot. Then I noticed that the sim card piece was broken, it is now impossible to open it to change the sim card, it was working perfectly before that the shop fixed my screen. Plus, the screen doesn’t fit the phone, it is to small, and it is already broken without me dropping it, the manager doesn’t want to do nothing for this.
I spend so much money to come to the shop so many times, and the manager told me that he would give my money back but he never did, this shop promised me so many things, but at the end, they leave you with a phone more broken than ever and without any solution.
The sell assistant lied to me, saying that the head office had bought me a new phone, it was a total lie, the head office wasn’t even aware of that story before I called them and nobody bought a phone for me. They’ll try to do everything to convince you not writing a bad review about them on the internet but people need to know that this shop is just a total fraud.
I tried to call the head office to complain, they are as much unqualified and unprofessional as the shop in Camberley.
So if you don’t want to have your phone more broken that it is already, AVOID THIS SHOP at any price. If the price of the reparation is as cheap as that is for a only one reason: the reparation is a low quality one.
I would like to remind to the shop that, it is not because you offer a 90 days guaranty that it means that you can break your customers’ phone without any compensation.
Don’t think that I’m the only one who had this type of problem, I went 11th times (no kidding) to the shop, and sometimes they made me wait for 3 hours, and every time I’ve been there, a customer came back to the shop complaining about the fact his phone was still broken.
The shop owes me something like 400£ and I’m well determined to have my money back even if they try to avoid me by not answering to my calls.

"VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE"
My TV was not working as it should and this company has offered to find the fault within 2 weeks. It took them 5 weeks to find something!!! But it was only after weeks of chasing and about 10 calls. They have found some issue on the tv but I didn't trust them with the repairs as they didn't sound confident that a repair for £160 would fix the problem. And the best part is that they lost my remote which I bought about 2 years ago as original replacement for £40 and was like new. Their solution was to offered my a second hand from ebay which I refused. So it will take another couple of weeks To sort this out or will have to call the Ombudsman to sort it out. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE SERVICE THEY OFFER.
