"Stay away! FRAUD!"

5 star reviews here are probably paid for as this company doesn't deserve more than 1 star if! Paid for goods. Discount code didn't work so paid full price. When I messaged to inquire about why the discount didn't work and when my order will be shipped - received a reply asking me to provide discount code which, in fact, I provided in my initial email. I provided the code again and asked about my order - no reply. So I am going to rise transaction dispute with my bank and ask them to contact the receipt bank and inform that it's FRAUD! I should read all reviews before buying. Stay away!!!

The one and only problem is less knowledge of shipping being given. Not knowing why the processing is slow and where the package is moving to next. No informed ETA window, which is needed highly.

Price needs to be adjusted since there's a several items with over price, takes a long time to arrive some times goes to 8 weeks, and always there is an issue with the customs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The customer service at this company is terrible. They send out preprepared answers and string you along for weeks. Like many others, I never received my full order. Confirmation and tracking numbers were sent saying all items were in the box, but 4 were missing. They keep having me wait 5 days while they check the "warehouse cameras" and then they come back and say they have pictures of the items being loaded Into the box. Absolutely impossible, just lies to get you to go away. Fraudulent company.

I made an order from 25 day and until now it has not arrived and the customer service transfers the reason for the delay to the shipping company in Turkey
My shipment is still with the shipping company and I do not know when it will reach my destination and there is no response from the customer service to cancel the shipment or refund the money .. I do not recommend dealing with this site.
