The only thing that I would say I would have question is when I reached out to them to amalgamate the two purchases I did they did not want to do such thing and that would be the bad experience besides that the item arrived within the 10-day period

I ordered Chanel Blue for myself at half the price of what it’s being sold for at Macy's. The package arrived on time, but when I opened the box and tried to smell the perfume, it was clearly not authentic. Instead, it was some sort of counterfeit liquid in a Chanel Blue bottle. This is completely deceptive and dishonest.

When I asked for a return, I was told my case would be forwarded to a customer service manager, and I would receive an answer within 3-5 business days. However, after two months and repeated requests for an update, I received no response. I then contacted my bank, US Bank, and requested a refund. They initially disputed the claim, but after a lengthy battle, I finally got my money back.

This is a fraudulent company, and I strongly advise against purchasing perfume from them.

It’s scam! Received today the perfumes after 3 weeks that I ordered 2 bottles of high end perfume. Bottles look fake and the perfume itself smells really bad…..fake….faker….fakest! Doesn’t even come close to smell of original perfume. So don’t order! Too much money for scam, very disappointed!
