"Still no full refund!!! "

I am still waiting for my full refund, and it’s becoming clear these people are scammers! 😡

They sell fake, inauthentic fragrances at exorbitant prices, along with surprise delivery charges of nearly $70 upon arrival.

Despite providing pictures and receipts multiple times (which they continually ask for), I have only received a partial refund—about 1/5 of the initial price I paid.

They continue to delay the rest of my refund!!!

They claim they sell “authentic” fragrances, yet what I received was absolutely foul! 🤢

Instead of resolving my issue, they keep directing me to their positive reviews (which I strongly suspect are fake), as if that somehow justifies the situation.

It’s incredibly frustrating, and I warn others to stay away. These people have no integrity, and I will continue to fight for a resolution.

*Additionally, they keep flagging and removing any negative reviews that expose their dishonest practices. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

In November I bought Acqua Di Gio for £81, so expected the original product to be sent. Unfortunately I received a fake one. The only document which has been attached was the sheet informing what to do in case of perfume contaminating the environment. The fragrance doesn't match the real one at all. The bottle looks really cheap, bottom part is scratched and peels off and the top one is covered in glue marks. You notice straight away it's not the original product. I sent the request for full refund and after tens of emails sent, they gave me back £28. I feel like I have been scammed. Avoid at all costs!

I can’y believe it!

Do not buy perfumes from this website. I ordered Leather Oud, Oud Ispahan from Dior; and also Oud Wood Intense, from Tom Ford.

Starting with the packaging of each of these perfumes, they looked weird. But when I opened them and took out the bottles, the color of Leather Oud was orange bright, which is not the original color. Then, the smell. It is not the original Leather Oud. In the case of Oud Ispahan, it was bright pink, and the original is not that color. Same with the smell.

I regret having trusted this website. Don’t spend your money here.

I got counterfeit products from this vendor. I would never purchase again, they sent bug spray in a counterfeit bottle.

The perfumes are not original but smell like the original. Not long lasting but still decent. The price is a bit expensive but if your getting the 2 for 1 deal it might be a bit better as your basically buying 2 clone fragrances. Out of the 4 I bought 3 of them are decent but the oudwood was very poor quality
