I made a perfume transaction. I made a bad mistake and ordered the wrong perfume for my wife 😵‍💫😫. Turkishsouq could not provide the correct perfume but did offer a speedy refund for which I am grateful.

This company is running a scam business and I hope whoever is thinking of buying from them sees these reviews. I have emailed them regarding the authenticity of their perfumes before purchasing and they reassured me that the products are authentic.

After receiving this mockery of products, I took both LV and CREED perfumes to the boutiques in Manhattan to have them checked for authenticity. Both turned out to be counterfeit products.

They “refunded” a partial $45 even after repeated emails that they are to refund the whole amount before I inform the relevant authorities in the US and my financial institution. I have also escalated this with Shopify who they run their platform on and this makes Shopify an accomplice to their scam but Shopify won't do anything to help the customer. They are running a beautifully orchestrated Turkish scam and to those who don’t know what I mean, you probably haven’t been to Turkey.

Once they see this review they will come back with the script “We have submitted the necessary documents regarding the originality of the products to the relevant authorities for customs procedures.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid the getting trapped in their Turkish scam.

You are liars running a website to deceive people, claiming to sell original products at high prices, and you lie to them while refusing to return their money. Such audacity is unbelievable.

"Ordered hair kit "

Ordered hair kit : shampoo, vitamins and hair serum. Serum vial was damaged and broken during transportation. When the package arrived, the glass vial was broken and serum was all over the package. When I contacted Turkish souq twice , no one reached back to me to solve the problem. I do not recommend this website to buy/order anything since they are not responsible for damage items.
