Totally Disgusting!!!

No customer service, no responses to any queries, and package not delivered. It’s been almost a month now and we have been trying to get in touch with them, but no response so, we have no way to request a refund. Every email we sent, came back with a generic response, which is of no help.
Wish we had seen these reviews before we ordered!

About 12 emails have been sent to info@ turkishsouq.com and each time they respond with a generic email just like one response to this review. No one reads those emails and no inquiry has taken place for the lost package hence they have no reason to refund.

"Contrefaçon"

Les produits reçus, des parfums Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming, sont des contrefaçons (parfum poivré au lieu d'être fruité et fleuri, flacon très différent de l'original). Le vendeur ne l'entend pas de la sorte. Méfiez-vous car les photos du site présentent bien des flacons originaux bien différents de ceux reçus.

Jag beställde parfym härifrån och jag misstänkte redan när jag öppnade paketet att det var skumt. När jag tog bort plasten som var runt kartongen för själva flaskan så syntes hårstrån som om kartongen till flaskan stått i en frisörsalong.
Nu efter ett tags användande har locket till flaskan slutat att sitta fast. Det problemet har jag inte på min Chanel av samma sort som jag köpte senare på flygplatsen i Helsingfors.
Köpet gjordes i september 2024 och nu får jag krav från Svea Inkasso för frakt och skatter på samma summa som jag betalade för parfymen. Inte seriöst agerande och jag har använt mig av denna butik för sista gången. Hela iden med att handla såhär var väl att det skulle vara billigare än att handla hemma i gallerian?
