Ik heb 28 Nov 24 alle seizoenen van Yali capcini op usb gekocht en het werd pas 24 dec 24 2024 geleverd een maand dus !

Eenmaal binnen waren er maar 26 afleveringen Ivo 100+ ongeveer
Heel veel gemail maar ze komen totaal niet met een oplossing en nu reageren ze helemaal niet meer, totaal geen oplossing bieden

Alles kwijt, geld kwijt ongeveer 110€ en geen volledige seizoenen ontvangen
Het zijn gewoon oplichters !!

Bought an expensive perfume from them. It turned out to be a fake. The top was not magnetic, as the real one would be. The perfume smelt like paraffin. Do NOT use this website. It is a scam.

FAKE! SCAMMERS! FAKE! I purchased a €200 Jo Malone fragrance from this website. It arrived and is a FAKE. I immediately contacted them, sent them photos as requested and was told it would be resolved in 5-7 working days. I emailed everyday for an update. Only generic replies. 10 days later (and 20 emails) still getting the brush off with generic emails. They say they submit documents to Customs - these are also clearly FAKE documents. I called their 'call-centre' and was told this would be resolved. Still waiting. ***And a note to Turkish Souq - don't bother to leave another generic reply to this review as you have done on other reviews - you've sent them all to me already by email! I will be reporting you to BANKS, VISA, CUSTOMS, TRADING STANDARDS and the relevant BUSINESS bodies in Turkey also.

Very Bad ! It’s a scam ! I ordered Macha tea . They kept sending me emails asking me for information from USPS ! They told it’s a spam ! After I paid $54 through PayPal. I didn’t get the item of course and it takes too long ! Thank God PayPal investigate and I got my money back Back ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They sold me fake Aventus by Creed, and refused to give a refund after I contacted them. I have reported them to the bureau for better business, reported a scam to Microsoft, and instagram and am now in the process of reporting them to the proper authorities.

Post-publishing edit: They have replied below with the same generic response they give everyone, offering help through their customer service centre, whom which I have tried dealing with multiple times to no avail. The keep sending this exact message and refuse to actually acknowledge any problem at all. They should be blacklisted.
