"Really quick and helpful customer…"

Really quick and helpful customer service - the team are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. You respond to a particular person and can see their name and photo, but if they aren't available is picked up by someone else. For example, Sophie today got my final bill at my old residence sorted within one hour of me emailing.

"Great Customer Service"

I love that when I get an email from them it’s not a ‘do not reply’ one. If there’s ever any issues I just reply and a very helpful individual gets back to me ASAP. Normally with the issue already sorted. Great stuff.

"praise where it is due"

I have dealt with many energy companies over the years and being elderly vulnerable and in poor health depend on fast and quick action.Yet again overnight I had a problem and some additional queries and I can truthfully say that the response I got from Sophie of Octopus/London Power was first class. 10 out of 10 from me….Michael

"First class energy provider"

I had to contact Octopus Energy today to discuss my account. I spoke to a lovely young man called Adin, who was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He fully understood my problem and was able to offer a very satisfactory solution. I can’t praise their customer service team enough and I would highly recommend Octopus Energy as a provider of gas and electricity.

"Lost log in and smart meter enquiry Sophie"

I forgot my log in details and Sophie sorted that out for me within 24 hours.
I also sent a request to find out about smart meters and like before 24 hours later Sophie came back with reply that I was on a waiting list so when it came to my area for installation i would be on there as i showed and asked about the meter.

"Always helpful"

Always helpful, it is almost one year that I have switched to London Power.

When ever I have had any question and written to London Power they have replied promptly and solved my problems.

Further, it is very easy to manage my account and billing.

I hope that this will continue.

"Excellent service"

I had a problem on my bill that came too high, and I had not spent the total that was on the bill.
I called to Octopus service and talked to Shopie , she solved the whole problem in less than 24 hours, excellent job. I am very happy and grateful.

"Great personal service"

I work for a property investment company and often have to move tenants in and out. I have to say Octopus where quick to reply and give a real personal experience. Much better than the bigger companies. Would highly recommend.

"Great company and great prices!"

Great prices, amazing support team and a website that is clean and easy to browse. I would like to specially mention Conor. He quickly corrected my final bill (I recently moved home) and from debit, I’m now in credit. He took ownership of the issue and fix it in less than 24hrs.
