Fantastic service. Order arrived next day by DPD (excellent courier as you know exactly when your parcel is going to arrive.)
The eggcrate vents were outstandingly well packed to avoid damage. These were ordered for a "problem" ceiling and they seemed to have cured the problem. Tiles were lifting and falling due to air pressure as doors opened and closed. Awaiting instructions from property manager to order more.

I would have given 5 stars but UPS delivered my ceiling tiles to the wrong address. To be fair I did call the lads at UK suspended ceilings to ask where my ceiling tiles were and they sorted the problem quickly but it took an extra 2 days to get UPS to pick up the tiles and redelivered them to me which was frustrating. Otherwise good ceiling tiles, easy to deal with the company.
