"Quick delivery, great product, easy assembly"

Quick delivery despite the tiles had to be reordered by the supplier before delivery. They called me so we could agree the quickest possible delivery time. The ceiling looks great, it was a relatively easy assembly. The only thing we missed a bit was a written guide to help with assembly. There is an article on the supplier's website which is helpful but doesn't cover every single details. A proper written assembly guide supplied together with the product would be really useful.

From searching and ordering some ceiling tiles from uk suspended ceilings I was kept updated by emails telling me at what stage my order was.
A mix up on delivery didn’t help but this wouldn’t put me off using them again. Very competitive on price and thankfully a genuine company.
